Breakfast was highly disappointing, nothing hot, very few selections and the room was dirty. Hotel room was ok, but bathtub had dark dirt stains like it wasn't clean. Two floors but NO elevator. Staff was friendly and the only reason not giving 1 star.

It was ok… first room smelled like dog pee 2nd room ok. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast definitely limited. Waffle machine and muffins. No eggs or meat.

This hotel is one i will not atay at again. It smelled bad. The floors were gross. The pictures qere all a complete lie. Thank gosh we had 2 bed because oneof them had dirt or something in it. The sheets were wrinkled like it had been slept and not changed. There were stains on the comforters. The office chair had white stains on it. The floors hadn't been vacuumed looked like there was dog hair on them. Had it not been late when we got back to the hotel afrer checking in and every hotel in the west des Moines area being booked or the prices being over inflated becuase of all the events in town i would have left!

The bathroom was terrible! Bathtub had mold in it and it was stained. Sheets were not fitted on the bed, very uncomfortable and the tv remote didn’t work.

There was no elevator. I found a half smoked “ blunt” behind the TV

The receptionist was hard to understand.

Great except the pillow sheets were not white or clean IMO. Everything else was great so overall enjoyed my stay and thought it was a very fair price for our stay. But I would recommend bringing your own pillow or atleast pillow case.

The bed was comfy the breakfast sucked nothing to choose from and no spoons and that was right when it started, but the location over all was good other then hearing planes over night

I'm thankful that this Super8 had a continental breakfast and easy-to-make waffles. I was disappointed that the first day had very limited breakfast items in stock when I came down around 8am. I asked the front desk for help, who went in the back room for some items. While it was enough for me to have a meal, I wouldn't expect it to last for many more guests who would come after breakfast closes around 10am.

Staff was great! Friendly and easy to communicate with. We had a queen suite and it was the perfect size. Nice pillows and mattress.

it was nice for the price but you had wried people standing at the front door at night that would make some people feel unconfutable

Poor breakfast. Unfriendly staff. Charged my credit card the incidental fee.

The room was terribly dirty, and there were multiple places with sticky food type residue on it. It was evident it wasn’t cleaned. The room was set to 80 but blowing cold air in February/March. It was warmer turning the unit completely off. There were mystery stains on the walls by the closet, and the bathroom had so much rust on the water units. The front desk attendant was nice, and I know it was a cheaper hotel, but I DO expect basic cleaning and hygiene.

Excellent inexpensive hotel. Good location. Heat and water work great. Breakfast is pretty spartan. I’ve stayed here many times and will again.

Terrible. Room tempature was either too hot or too cold. No shampoo, conditioner or bodu wash. No sheets or cover for fold out bed. Blood stain on sheet(GROSS) and not washed. Water in coffee maker was full of white stuff.

This place is not pet-friendly. Im assuming they are only dog-friendly. We were moving across country with a cat. We booked this hotel with a non-refundable rate showed up super tired and hungry to learn they don't accept cats. So we had to book another hotel, Motel 6 is cat-friendly, drive there and wait until the morning to call hotels.com to get a refund. The refund will take 7-10 days so when moving on a budget we had no money for dinner that night and we had to use our breakfast money for gas. We did not have the extra $80 to cover the need for a second hotel. Very frustrating and exhausting.

Okay for overnight stop only. Convenient location. Would not stay multiple nights.
