Excellent service, clean, comfortable

Great staff

First i didn't get the two connecting rooms that i reserved. My sister is 88 years old and we needed the extra space bathroom to care for her during our stay. The room was not very clean. Carpet stained and sofa had stains. There were lots of dogs throughout hotel. I don't like cohabitating with animals. Some guest had thier dogs in eating area and on couches in lobby. You should have a specific floor or rooms for pet owners. When i checked in the host looked me up by last name therefore the room that i reserved for my sister didn't show up inder my name. I tried to give the young lady my intenerary number to look it up but she never put in the number and said we only had one room. The next morning i inquired with the next person on duty and she said she had the room pop up as a no show. I reserved the rooms under one reservation. During booking it asked me who was staying in the room. My sister has a different last name so it didn't come up. If she had just put in the number she would have seen that we had two rooms. Unfortunately we were unable to get connecting rooms at the time which we really needed. I was offered a room at the other end of hall but like i said my sister is 88 years old and needs our constant assistance so that wouldn't work. Highly disappointed in the facility and our stay.

No breakfast coffee

It would have been nice to have somewhere to sit outside (preferably in the sun), a picnic/patio table. The pool is currently closed for the season so there's nowhere to go to be outside.

Would definitely stay here again with my fam!

Stay would have been perfect but they shut down breakfast early the day we left. We are diabetic and take meds with food. We had to check out early and pay for breakfast at the closest place.

The free breakfast was mediocre at best. Fried eggs were disgusting. Over the weekend the gravy was the right consistency, however, it was cold. On the weekdays, the gravy was watery and still also not very warm. On the weekend there was milk, but no cereal, but cereal showed up on Monday. In addition, Saturday night (actually Sunday morning) at 2 AM we were woken by alarms going off and everyone was evacuating the hotel because we didn’t know what was happening. The power had gone off and it was actually alarms regarding the power. It did not come back on until 7 AM. Then again on Wednesday evening when we got back to the hotel, the power was off and we were told it had been off for a couple of hours. It came back on, but then the alarms came on again a little after two and then also after 4 o’clock when we left the hotel around 7:30 AM on Thursday, the power was still out. It was an issue in the entire area there, but obviously if it happened twice in the 6 days we were there, makes me wonder how often it occurs throughout the year. Not a fun day won’t ever stay there again unless they want to offer me free nights, which the front desk person did not offer.

The A/C was broken, and no one could fix it. We waited in the room for someone to come to fix it for hours. I insistently requested to change my room, and after 4 hours, my request was finally fulfilled.
