Very nice and safe place

This hotel is being shut down in September I believe to be remodeled. It’s old. I’d hold off on stay till the remodel. Staff was great. Food was alright but 5 out of 6 dinners took 90 mins to two hours out of the night so be ready. Also, cleaning services left our room door open. The hotel confirmed it was their staff that did it. They offered us $70 credit if we signed an NDA agreement. Yeah that’s not cool. Feel like they could have done better than that since they left all of our cash and passports open to anyone. Our room was also located in front of the elevators so many people had acess.

Relaxing stay at Beach Palace. Friendly staff and delicious food were highlights. Well staffed beach with high variety and quality drinks and food. Excellent location but building itself was somewhat dated.

The beach was fabulous!!! The food, service and cleanliness were top notch. The property needs some love. It is rundown but does not take away from the other pieces of it that were amazing!! Mono was our favorite. A taco restaurant would be a fantastic addition to the property. We will be coming back after renovations!!

Great place for Vacation

Very family friendly, their app is easy to use and kiddos loved the room service.

We just had the most amazing first family vacation at Beach Palace Cancun, and we can’t thank the staff enough for their incredible hospitality! Our room was always spotless, thanks to the wonderful housekeeping team. The Coffee & Sweet House quickly became our favorite spot—our kids absolutely loved it! The international buffet was decent, but the Italian and Asian restaurants were truly outstanding. A special shoutout to the beach bar—the atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff was so welcoming. And we can’t forget Joshuan, our incredible waiter at the pool—thank you for everything, my friend! You made our experience even more special. The kids’ playroom was a huge hit, and the staff there was so friendly and engaging. Every detail of our stay was carefully taken care of, and it made our first trip to Cancun absolutely unforgettable. The only thing we hated about the place was the 90 minutes presentation at Moon palace grand and the rude staff there that were so rude and insisted on us buying the membership which we didn't want. We were on family vacation not buying stupid memberships!!!! This was the only bad experience we had. Thank you, Beach Palace Cancun team! We can’t wait to come back!

The view from our room was amazing. We loved the semi-heated pools. Where the resort falls short is the constant harassment by the sales staff to buy a “membership” which appears to a contract for a time share, the buffet is very small and the food was typically cold, the lack of service when calling for house keeping, fridge replenishment and luggage pick up. Beer at the bars and restaurants is only draft; the fridges have cans but we called for a fridge re-stock and no one ever came. When I say the salespeople are pushy, I mean it. There are about 6 to 8 sales people in the lobby area and we were solicited 6 times in 4 days. We were told the resort is being renovated and it’s definitely due. It’s very run down and the elevators did not meet the necessary requirements for the number of floors and rooms. Expect to wait at least 5 minutes or more for an elevator that is noisy, bumpy and kind of scary.

The beach was amazing. It is one of the best beaches I have been on. That was the highlight of this place.
