The Muse is in a great location and the service was great - very friendly and competent. Daniel at the front desk was exceptional.

Location and staff are wonderful. The conditions inside need some repair and updating. We downgraded to a back room because it was much quieter. Thursday evenings are rough because of garbage pickup night…like into the morning hours.

Great location and perfect if you are seeing a lot of Broadway shows. Overall it was quiet, nice rooms. Miss the wine hour they used to have when it was Kimpton. Coffee maker in room would be nice.

This was my third stay and I am always pleased with the Muse. The rooms are elegant and comfortable. The location is perfect for theater.

I don’t think I’ll ever stay at another hotel in New York. The Muse is clean. The staff are friendly. The beds are comfortable. Everything looks like it was newly refurnished. There was nothing old or decaying about this hotel at all. Shout out to Daniel who works the evening shift. He was so very kind!

Overall, the stay was pretty good. Really great location, easily walkable. The bed was a little less comfortable than I was expecting.

The room was quite spacious. However, there were no coffee maker, no water were provided and no umbrella on loan. It was supposedly a 4-star luxury hotel.

A wonderful stay at this lovely property! Would recommend to anyone looking to experience the Times Square area.
