The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

No phones or kettle in rooms with instant coffee or tea! Some consider these basic amenities. Otherwise staff is pleasant, they clean at your request. Location is centrally located.

Good hotel with Perfect connections to public transport

Great property and the staff are super friendly and made us feel so welcome! The only thing is it’s out of the city so need to travel to get to places and there isn’t a lot around but there is a supermarket nearby which is really good. Would definitely stay again!

My room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the hotel is conveniently located very near the S Bahn. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would have preferred a safe and tea/coffee facilities in the room but I was only there 2 nights so it wasn't very important. I would definitely stay there again.

It was very good. The hotel is very clean, the room I got was spacious, with a big window with a nice view. The bathroom was well equipped. The lounge areas were nice, they have a cafe in their lobby which I appreciated. Very well connected location wise.

Really good value in an excellent, well kept hotel. Great location for jumping on the public transport too.

The heating system was an air-conditioning which unfortunately did not operate the days who I stayed. For the above reason, the room was cold and uncomfortable. The WiFi was not always constant. It is really a pity and embarrassing. The price per night was expensive for the quality, the facilities, the services which the hotel offered generally. The private parking in the some complex of buildings costs 13,00 Euros per night its quite expensive too. The employees in the reception desk, were polite, professional and well educated.

The Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Berlin Prenzlauer Berg is a fantastic stay. Very easy to reach from both airport (via train) and central Berlin (via tram). The staff are above friendly and accommodating, even helping to book daily travel tickets. The hotel and rooms are very clean. A big hit was the very reasonably priced breakfast, that catered for all appetites and food sensitivities/allergies.

I really recommend this place, flexible staff.

Nice place to stay

Great value for the price. Easy to walk yo Tram and Subway. The staff was always available and helpful.

I never checked in as the boarder control did not allow me into Berlin. I felt that should amount to a no show. I booked for four days instead of three. So they should at least return the extra day. They also refused my cancellation

Hotel is in a location with excellent transport links and shops locally. Staff on check in desk were friendly. Room was spacious and good size for a family of 4. The only negative was the beds! The pull out sofa bed was not comfortable at all as you could feel the bars from the sofa bed through the mattress, and the springs were noisy even with children using it, The 2 main single beds were quite hard.

Great hotel with absolute first class customer service. We only stayed here for couple a days as a family of 4 and had a beautyful room on the top floor. We had 2 interconnecting rooms (no doors) and they were clean and spacious. Slightly shame about the sofa bed being slightly uncomfortable, however our kids are still small so they were fine. Customer service in this hotel is the best we witnessed in Germany (they really do lack it) and everyone went above what we expected. Hotel is conveniently located few mins walk to the tram and from here you quickly can be right in the Berlin's centre. There are some free car parks around hotel, however we felt safer leaving it in secured paid parking which is in the same building as the hotel (just use the satnav to find the entry to hotel as it is a bit hidden). Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Highly recommend this hotel when in Berlin!!

Great value for money. Friendly staff and very clean and tidy. Location a bit isolated but very good public transport right outside so easy to get around. Would stay again.

The hotel was very clean, the room comfortable and the staff was very attentive.

Very nice hotel, convenient location near S and tram station, pharmacy and supermarket. Spacious room for a family of four. Only thing i missed was a mini fridge in the room.

Spacious and clean room, delicious breakfast, and on top of that the friendliness of the staff made the whole experience enjoyable.

Very mediocre hotel akin to a UK travelodge. Bathroom was tiny and the door didn't close properly. One tiny pillow on the bed. Bed was comfy and I slept well, that's about the best of it. The common areas were absolutely filthy. The area itself was also not the best. I'd be looking elsewhere.
