Reserved a handicap-assessible room more than a week in advance. Red Roof should be ashamed at its lack of support in assisting its franchisee to maintain this facility. Hot water line on sink dropped into a wastebasket all night. Toilet handle had to be held down the entire flush cycle. Upstairs plumbing must have leaked because ceiling/wall areas around toilet were drywalled/spackled (still wet and water-stained) but unpainted. Floor was excessively slippery when wet. No shower head…only a cheap handheld one which was inconvenient. Underside of chair was ripped open. TV channels were very limited with poor picture quality. In the morning, I had bug bites on arm, shoulder blade, and leg. Only positive is that the Internet was good. I would NOT recommend this location.

Usually have a great stay. Room was missing the security lock on door and cover on ac unit for vent was totally missing.

I had a king bed room was clean service was good took long time to get my drinks cool n the bed made my back hurt but i can't complain room was very clean the toilet was messed up u had to hold the handle down for it to flush. I recommend red roof inn for ur stay

It was a good value for the low price they charge but it’s not a five star place. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were practically flat. Pillow case had two holes in it. The towels we had were not really white, like they had old stains on them. The room was fairly attractive overall. It’s a budget hotel that is pet friendly and as I said for the price they charged it was one I could do again, especially I bring my own pillow 😊

Room was clean. Bathroom needs update. Overall a good night. Was quiet and will stay there again.

Broken electrical outlet, No door handle on the bathroom door Room needed to be refurbished with many minor repairs needed

I walked in the room and was greeted by a family of roaches…on the floor, on the wall, in drawers…the shower was in desperate need of repair—not a good experience. I could not stay in this place. I left and found a different place.

Red Roof has always been clean. Staff has always been awesome.

No ice, broken coffee machine in room old rusty bath tub, toilet seat falling off. Friendly staff.

We reserved a room with a king bed, and wound up with 2 queen beds. Upon arrival, there were no working lights in room. Bathroom was old and falling apart with mold around toilet and in bathtub. The door to the room was kicked in and key card access was broken. Noise coming from the upstairs room and the adjoining room.... Very thin walls! Outside of the motel was dirty as well.

Tried to update but still felt old. Not the greatest remodeling

Infested with cockroaches. Staff didn’t care. A lot of noise from people staying extended time. Bed was all springs. Never would stay again.

Only thing I would change is the bed bases. They rattle when you turn in. Ed
