Appreciated the kind lady at the front desk that made us feel welcomed.

Employees were great. Breakfast was nice. 4pm check is awful and paying to park at the hotel is ridiculous.

The property was perfectly clean. The staff were impeccable and the views were grear. A bit close to the train line but not a big problem.

It was very nice there. We weren’t welcomed by the staff / front desk when we initially arrived which was kind of off putting, but later they redeemed themselves and were chill about the pool closing time. It said it closed at 9pm but was open well past 10:30pm which was awesome after our hike in Yosemite. Highly recommend for couples who want a nice, quiet stay.

I have stayed twice at this location and the staff has been great, easy to check in, spacious clean rooms, nice views. Overall is very satisfying experience! The price is not too high either. Hopefully it stays this way, and i will keep coming back!

Some of the appliances need to replace rusty and sharp edges. Toilet and sinks needs to be clean and it’s old

Lovely

Location to airport and quiet area after busy Fisherman’s Wharf accommodation. Breakfast included a bonus. Enjoyed walk to Oyster Point Marina area discovered a couple of places to eat at. Rooms have kitchens but preferred to dine out.

All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again. The pool was perfect and the hot tub also with a view of the bay ❤️

We had such a great time at the hotel. The room was perfect. Free daily breakfast was really good. Front desk staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. This was our second time staying at the hotel. Feels like home. Thanks again, see ya soon

The property is really nice, renovated and updated. It seemed that they were trying to cut cost corners with having less staff for cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of the areas. The carpets were often dirty, the morning breakfast buffet was usually being staffed by one person and they couldn’t keep it stocked. The laundry room was pretty dirty. They only offer room service for cleaning once a week. The staff were kind though everyone seemed a little unsure when asked for service or help.

It was okay, but the hotel across the street is newer and almost the same price. And it also has a restaurant!
