It was hot and we needed ice. Please inform guests there are no public ice machines and guests need to turn on the ice maker in their room to provide ice.

The room was spacious with tall ceilings and great views. The staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. This was my favorite of all Residence Inn’s I’ve stayed due to its historic building and unique interior. You will want to spend the extra for city views.

Great location if going for baseball. Room we booked was not ready, after waiting an hour we got an upgrade to larger room. Room was nice - but had issues with cleaning as when we opened the pull out there was lots of open candy in the sofa bed.

Housekeeping did not visit once. Older hotel.

Awful front desk service. This hotel doesn’t know customer service.

No rooms ready at 6pm due to a concert the night before. Super frustrating as we were headed to a ball game at 7.

First room we were given had not been cleaned. Looked as if someone had taken a shower a few minutes before we arrived at 9pm. Towels and trash all over the bathroom.

Staff welcoming and friendly. Valet super courteous and helpful. Everyone so polite and helpful!

The staff was very nice. The hotel is in old building so comes with those challenges. My room was comfortable but a bit smelly. The exhaust fan in the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years.

The parking available is only valet and it's a complete rip-off. $44 per night!!! I also had to wait over 20 minutes to check my car in as their system wasn't able to send me a text message...- Really frustrating!
