Nice rooms and nice property. Rooms were very clean. Bathroom could use a fan. One elevator was not ideal. But overall a nice stay.

Place was nice

It was clean, staff was friendly. I opted for an early check in, which was $25 extra, but I really needed it due to time constraints. Somehow, when it was all said and done, I got charged an extra $3.19 on my card. I have no idea why, but don't really have the time to try to chase it down. I suppose that if they do this hundreds of times, it adds up.

I liked the shuttle service available to take us to Gillette Stadium

The lock on our door was gone/broken off. There were also police throughout the building and talk about “crazy people hanging around the property” we didn’t experience any disturbances thankfully but we definitely didn’t feel very safe. The bed also wasn’t very comfortable but otherwise everything was fine and staff was nice

I've visited the property last year to attend an event. Was pleased with the experience, I therefore returned this year. The only bad experience this time, was the fact that one of the residents had a dog that was frequently barking, even after 11:00pm. 😣 My son, who was traveling with me, has Autism, and the barking was too intimidating for him. We were on the 5th floor.

Made reservation like 6 months ago and got the worst room . Handicap room

Upon check in we were met with another guest drinking in the lobby trying to check in, once given a room we walked into a that had not been cleaned appeared as though someone was already in that room.

Overall, our stay was pretty great. However, the first night, we heard a loud noise—possibly from the furnace in the room above—that made it hard to sleep. The room wasn’t very soundproof, so hallway noise was also noticeable. Additionally, the showerhead had some buildup that seemed to have been there for a while. That said, this property is a decent choice if you’re looking for something affordable. Just keep in mind that it’s a bit farther from other destinations

I didn't like anything about it the worst hotel i have been too from im traveling 10 years now the first room they put us nothing was working no tv no phones no shampoo no condition no nothing the beds needs to go they pain up you body the second room they put us in the tube was dirty cable wasn't working i couldn't sleep a lot of noise nocking dog's barking it was crazy.im supposed to receive back a cerdit to my account and i haven't has yet.
