I've stayed in many hotels here in New Orleans and my stay here at the Ritz was by far yhe best outside of the Roosevelt. Everything was to perfection, and the staff was exceptional!

Staff was not as attentive as expected

Hotel is great except for booking thru Expedia screwed us. Booked and paid for room for 3. Gave us 1 bed until we paid extra $400. 3rd party booking crap. I don’t trust Expedia prices anymore. 3rd time getting screwed by Expedia. I’m done
