I left there on Wednesday morning and they're still holding my $150 deposit and it's now almost Sunday

Horrible experience, no one should stay there.

The parking lot was full of garbage and the hallways smelled The beds and rooms were clean though so that was great Staff were pleasant

Check in lady was extremely helpful and thats the only reason I stayed. The icemaker did not work, the lobby was small.and there qas an irate lady with 4 kids screami g at the staff when I walked in. When I came back for dinner, tjere was another couple complaining as I was walking by

Very rude staff ghetto was treated with no respect and the deposit is $150 for a stinky hotel it’s literally one this they smell as soon as you walk in ….Not worth the deposit nor hastle

This hotel is a hidden gem! Great quality amenities for the cost! Will definitely return!

The messed up our reservation an room was dirty

I would like to know when I would be able to get back my deposit. The person that was there the nite says 7 days. When I was checking out the lady says 30 days what exactly is it.

Stay was ok, my husband is disabled and we have a service dog so i asked for a 1st floor close to any exit and we got a 2nd floor as far from the elevator as we could get. Bathroom door didnt close properly, sink had a slow drain and would fill up with water. They were "short on supply" at breakfast so it either closed super early or didnt open at all. Also the elevator was super small, one person and the luggage cart fits fine but any more ppl and its super tight. But room was clean, staff was friendly and they had security overnight

I had to change room because one room a dog pea everywhere not enough clean towels n cloths dog hair everywhere just wasn’t satisfied it was too late to get money back I have two kids was traveling far did have a choice sanitation no breakfast

The pool was not functioning

There was roaches in the kitchen

Stayed 2 nights asked for towels and was told to bring to desk and exchange for more. Clerk wears headphones and very detached from check in

The place was really nice. The room was missing several things like a remote control, chairs and a trashcan for the common area. They did bring a remote control and a trashcan. And there was only one high back chair for the table when there should have been two gut a party of 4. This morning, when I went to inquire about extending for another night, the front desk agent was very unpleasant and not welcoming at all! Imagine first thing in the morning and that is the energy that you’re getting! As we were discussing the fees she took a whole other customer and discontinued our conversation. I of course, made sure to continue the conversation, but it was very blatant and so off putting I chose to not stay there another night! Sonesta ES Suites,CLT, please get your front desk workers trained properly to be able to deal with all shades of people. I’m a light skin, black woman and it was giving She had a problem with my skin color and she was a dark skin, black woman. Unacceptable won’t be there again!

Spacious rooms, decent breakfast. The room we were in had a smell that we could not rid it of (fried food) and we could not get housekeeping to answer to help us get it deodorized. The kitchen chairbacks were grimy as were the cabinet doors. The shower curtains hang into the tub and sit in the water while you're showering. The beds were clean and comfortable.
