Hotel was clean. Staff were not super friendly or helpful. I requested to be on the same floor as my group and they were unable to accommodate this. Everyone else from the group was placed together. The area around the hotel is a busy intersection.

It was a mean to an end. Bed was uncomfortable, staff was more interested in their personal phones then attending to customer. Placed do not disturb sign on door and house keeping disturbed me three times. Even after the first time when I told them I do t want or need their services.

The AC was pretty loud when it was running, I couldn't close the blinds all the way, there was no central lighting and one of the outlets didn't work. It didn't ruin my visit, but I really would've liked it if I got a more sound sleep.

I’ve seen people complain about the location of the hotel but I didn’t come to Vaughan to hang out in Vaughn. It was a stop that allowed me to save money on downtown Toronto hotels but still access Toronto easily. Staff was wonderful. very friendly and at one point they had to change my room because a guest above me was walking A LOT at 3 am. The staff member somehow made that process quick and easy with half asleep me

Great staff helped with heating problem in room. Many amenities nearby, very well kept. Immediate surroundings are a bit industrial (gas station, car wash).

Nice hotel. My only criticism is that all the toiletries are highly perfumed. Even the hand washing soap for the bathroom. The front lobby also had a high perfume smell that seemed constant so it could not have been from someone wearing it. I have scent allergies so this is always a pain point for me

It was OVERBOOKED. There was no room available. I spent 2 hours trying to book a room….going thru Expedia. Told by the hotel that Expedia was OVERBOOKING…then had to find another hotel room and then try to get my money back from the original overbooked room.

Booked a king bed room, got two queen's and had to get that corrected. Hotel has visible decay and damage everywhere. Rooms are ok. Beds are terribly uncomfortable. Who decided mattresses that thin and firm were a good idea? Might as well have slept on the floor. Sheets were thin and sounded like paper every time you'd move. Hotel had a Boston pizza where we ordered food. May as well have been microwaved Michelina's that was so salty it was horrible to eat. If I wasn't on the road with a deadline I would have gone back to return it.

Nice room layout, clean, bed is very comfy, bathroom is nice and clean. The elevator area may need some update and fixing. Staff is real friendly and helpful.

It was a good experience. I would have perfered peppermint tea along with the others. Overall, it was good

We had a late checking….after 8pm. The toilet seat(one of the plastic bolts) was broken. The seat did not stay on the bowl. Front desk said no maintenance person till morning. Wanted to change our room, but we would’ve went from a king size bed to two double beds. Did not take move. Bad timing…
