Our room was junior suite frontal sea view, was so perfect except we didn’t had a bath towel when we get in the room but we asked and given..and dirty bedsheets from previous occupants as left in our wardrobe and not taken away until we checked out at our last day,staff was so polite and kind..pool didn’t manage to swim as weather on and off..

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Food and drinks were good. Only negative was that we weren’t notified of the main pool closure before we arrived, but would definately stay here again.

Very friendly staff at check-in and in restaurant. Room was too cramped for 3 people. Big mix up with couscous instead of gluten free quinoa, could have been disastrous

The room was a good size, very clean, staff were attentive, lots of pools and loungers.

Second time back here and it’s just got everything you need for a week away. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the pool areas are clean and spacious. Great time as always

This place is soooooo....huge lots of people lots of noise. The buffet is lign up for everything. If you don't like big crowds stay away from this place. Even the pools are crowded. The only time wecwere in a relaxed enviruonment was in our room or outside of the complex. Also their AC are so filthy peoplecate breathing this terrible air

This hotel is Very crowded . The main lagoon swimming pool is too busy. Sunbeds are laid out, but you have to fight for space around the pool to place extra sunbeds. Most people give up and head to the beach over the road. For singles and couples looking for a quiet relaxing stay, I wouldn’t recommend. The rooms are great, but annoyingly the Safes in room are an optional extra. I wouldn’t stay again, too busy

Big modern hotel. Seemed very busy by pools and in buffet restaurant. Room had terrible view over reception roof. Only had breakfast in hotel. Plenty of choice but poor in quality (so called English sausages, bacon disgusting). Room clean and staff friendly.

The entire property and grounds were always spotless and staff very friendly and helpful they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.. they accommodated my allergy (Coeliac-Gluten Free) excellently and always prepared my meal separately with multiple choice options - our family including our grandchildren loved every minute and we will be visiting again..

Hotel was clean we had a junior suite was nice and big separate room for kids had to get own sun beds out and there were none spare for the whole day bar staff not very friendly bar didn’t open until 11am by pool. Cup system is very strange need a token for a cup location is amazing right on the beach.

The hotel ubication is excellent,service,breakfast and very good dinner buffet and entretainment. The attention of the hotel personel is excellent. Our thanks to Ana,in the check in area. We recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel with great staff but needs bit of updating.. the beds in the room (sea view) weren’t great and the sunbed were not comfortable … but still enjoyed the stay .. a lovely location and very efficient friendly staff..

Overcrowded resort,had breakfast deal first and upgraded to halfboard but regretted ,only one restaurant running and serving food,staff tryingso hard to keep up but impossible,waiting in the line up to get table takes for along time,we felt like world war 2 food line ups,unreal,people were fighting for food,also,if you coming with little ones for fun it may be good for you to enjoy,but,if you are coming as adults for relaxing and restful vacation time by beach and pool,this may not be for you,too noisy upgraded room to family room,it was worth it,but,resort condition was very clean,well maintained, location was great,hotel staff were very friendly.

J’ai adoré l’emplacement près de la plage et de la ligne de métro. Par contre lit très dure. La nourriture laisse a désirer mais beau bar a salade. La nourriture est trop cuite et manque de goût. Disons que je pourrais comparer ça a la nourriture de cuba. Le soir le café n est pas inclus dans le souper donc nous sommes aller en acheter juste en face de l’hôtel il y a une épicerie carrefour. Beaucoup de restaurants et bar autour de l’hôtel. Le prix du stationnement pour la location d une voiture est d environ 14 euros ce que je trouve exagéré par contre on peut stationner dans les rues avoisinantes. Belle piscine et pour la plage aucune chaises n est incluse alors on doit les louer a 6 euros chacune.

I enjoyed my stay with you food room and the pools, the receptionists were very nice and helpful, and the waiters worked so hard to take care of us, my only complaint was the children running up and down the corridors at night at 11 and 12 midnight it was so hard to sleep
