Very friendly receptionist and smart hotel offering ease of access to a vibrant part of Bilbao old town. There are shops, cafes and bars galore within easy walking distance from the front door. The walk along the Nervión river, just yards from the hotel, is an absolute must.

Central location, clean and spacious rooms and friendly staff.

Great location, easy to walk to major sites. Comfortable beds and clean. The superior room was large compared to most European standards, worth the upgrade. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Our room was ready when we arrived in the morning and we were able to check in

A perfect location in old town, but right on the river so it is easy to jump over to old town, the room was nice as well

Excellent position and a very comfortable base for exploring Bilbao.

Group of 8 friends using 4 rooms. Found the hotel to be very clean and in great location by river splitting old and new town. Square with restaurants/bars is 1 min away. Rooms seemed quiet despite its central location next to main road. Highly recommended.

Very good service close to everything

It was perfectly situated for walking. The room could have been cleaner but it was comfortable and quiet when we closed the balcony window.
