Parking lot was small but managed, staff was nice , house cleaner was very nice and done a great job.

It's a good hotel, clean, updated and convenient for the amphitheatre. The prices on the weekends are very high.

Very convenient location close to the historic district of St. Augustine. The hotel staff were very helpful in suggesting restaurants. Hotel is renovated, the rooms were ample , clean and very good amenities. Breakfast was included and there was no charge for overnight parking. Definitely a great value.

We had a great stay for two nights and were close to all the places we wanted to visit. Several places close by to eat and only a minute or two from historic downtown St. Augustine.

Very cozy stay for a date night in saint augustine. Clean and well stocked with essientals like shampoo and condotioner! 😊

This place is horrible! Stay away!!! We ended up leaving a day early to another hotel. Staff who received us when arrived was rude and tried to give Ilya a room next to the pool entrance and elevator bank. That should be a storage room or janitor room. When we asked for another room she said there were none available and only after I got annoyed miraculously another room was available; but no better. Although the room was away from the entrance. The lamps were super dusty, the toilet was leaking from the bottom and the shower door allowed for water to get out to the floor. I actually took a fall due to the floor being wet! The breakfast was ok, not great like other Holiday Inn I’ve stayed at. The rooms have connecting doors to other rooms where you can hear everything! Even if the person next door is having a normal conversation. In short, I will think twice going forward to consider staying at a Holiday Inn again! This place is a dirty mess.

Excellent stay and the front desk was kind. We were accommodated with early check in. Was there for a concert and this was close. Would absolutely stay here again.

Terrible check in. Hotel did not have reservation, then hotels.com and hotel front desk staff argued on phone for 20 minutes.

It would have been great if the A/C would have stayed working. There was a power outage that caused problems. When we came back to the room the ac was not working and the lady at the front desk was very rude and didnt want to help. So we slept with it hot. Hope you fixed it!

We arrived early from Tampa, and although a wasn’t available we were able to check in so all we had to do was pick up the keys when we returned. Staff was pleasant and the hotel & room was clean and well maintained!
