Good in and out. Lots of restaurants nearby

Friendly, very helpful.

The property was recently renovated and nice. It was clean. The hot tub was not working when we were there.

Hotel is next to a very busy street. Lots of loud noisy vehicles all night.

We arrived at the location, there was no where to park on the site. We walked in to the desk, asked about parking, she said we got the last room and said she couldn't help us with parking. We told her we would not be staying there due to safety issues and no parking. She told us three times we were welcome to cancel the reservation and she would refund us. We left, it was 11 pm. We went to another hotel, booked a room on our own, paid, headed to our room when my husband got the call from them that she was not able to refund and we would be charged. Again, we did not stay there at all and are still being charged through you. This is itinerary number 73079567116448. I only stayed here one night with my dog but when I arrived I was greeted and check in was a breeze, conveniently located right off the interstate so there was no fuss getting to it at all. The queen room I had was large, the bed was soft and comfortable and it was very clean. Everything worked, the AC kept the room nice and cool and they provide dove products in the bathroom. Great stay, would stay again.

Our stay was amazing the only thing i didnt like was the same breakfast all 5 days we were there.

Staff was wonderful and helpful. The location was a bit confusing to find at first since there is one entrance before the hotel and the sign does not indicate the direction. At night we could hear the cars on the street but i guess that’s normal. We like how close we were to the restaurants and stores. The room was clean and refresh

This property overrated on Hotels.com. Clean, but no cups, no ice bucket, no coffee in the room, no TV instructions.

Hotel was good except the swimming facilities were out of service

Good stay. Clean room and pet friendly. I also want to say thank you to the front desk attendant that was working the evening I checked in (2/23/25). I believe her name was Kristen. She was incredibly helpful when I had an issue in the hotel parking lot with the U-Haul trailer I was towing. As a solo female traveler, her kindness and willingness to help was very much appreciated! Thank you again!

Hot tub is not in working order. Bathrooms have showers only. Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Delicious 24 hour coffee is available in the lobby. The staff and coffee make up for the hot tub and shower only. Would recommend to others.

The property itself was nice. But the room needed to be vacuumed and countertops and desktops cleaned. We were disappointed in that. Breakfast was OK.

Motel is in midst of major renovation. First floor was a disaster zone. Pool and hot tub are closed as part of the reno. However, this was not mentioned on the reservation site nor was the room price adjusted to reflect some amenities were not available. Room on 2nd floor was recently redone and comfortable. Breakfast was typical but not as good as on previous stays. Suggest calling the motel directly to check on the status of the reno and access to pool and hot tub.

We stayed two nights. No one came in to make the bed, exchange towels or take out the trash. The bed was not comfortable at all.

This property if very nice. The room seemed to have been recently remodeled with new furnishings, walls and flooring. Remodeling of the lobby and amenities was ongoing. The king size bed was ultra comfortable. Climate control was easy. They had a tasty breakfast buffet with hot eggs, bacon biscuits and gravy. Plus juices and cold items. Strongly recommended for overnight or longer stay.
