Very neat and friendly! Nice place to stay!

Comfortable bed with big, fluffy pillows! Front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Location is close to a lot of stores and food options while being a quick hop back onto the the highway.

Rooms were nice/clean. Breakfast was average. Could have used fruit, yogurt, etc. Staff was very friendly, helpful. Would stay again.

Overall, a good experience. The front desk manager was nice, maybe a little short, but not rude at all. The room itself was surprisingly nice! Big bed, nice furniture, good size TV. The bathroom was useable, accessible for wheelchair users. I would stay here again; it was nice that there was space available on short notice.

I love the beds in this hotel. Great

The hot tub was broken which was the only reason we chose this hotel. But the biscuits and gravy for breakfast was pretty great.

Water pressure in shower was horrible, hot was too hot and cold was low pressure. Shower was out of body soap, and the soaps left you feeling like you didn’t rinse off. Room was low on toilet paper and ran out of Kleenex.

Phone did not work. Toilet got backed up. TV wasn’t working when I arrived. Employees were very helpful and took care of my issues right away. I did have to walk to the front desk several times instead of calling because my phone didn’t work. But, I wasn’t very far so it worked out fine. Room was dusty and bathroom floor wasn’t as clean as it could have been. After saying all that, I would stay there again. Customer service was excellent. And the bathroom was clean except for the floor. And it wasn’t bad, it needed swept.

This hotel is conveniently located off of I70 and has many food options nearby. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were extremely helpful. Great place for an overnight stay
