I love the rooms and the people who work there are friendly and helpful. I always stay there when I travel to Geneva for work.

Great hotel with great price. Clean and nice staff.

The room was lovely and warm and had a large balcony and stunning views. There was a kettle and lots of UK TV channels. The bed was comfortable and the room was modern. The staff were very polite and helpful, especially the English receptionist. Highly recommend.

The hotel is excellent value for money. I had a single room which was small but perfectly formed. The location is a bit away from restaurants, etc. it is almost next to the botanical gardens which are beautiful. The public transport is excellent. The one criticism is that the light globe in my bedside lamp was flickering. Even though I reported it twice it did not get fixed. On the whole though, a strong recommend.

Nice hotel, good location, nice spacious room. Only negatives are an extremely weak aircon and some of the worst pillows we've seen - wafer thin and somehow also lumpy.

Cet hôtel est absolument parfait ! Il est à distance de marche de quelques arrêts d’autobus, il est beau, propre et il offre un excellent petit déjeuner. De plus, il est tout prêt de l’aéroport et du jardin botanique.

Air conditioning wasn't working. They did not hesitate to give us a new room. Even upgraded us 😁.

Room had a large bathroom. Plenty of space in the room. Carts for luggage was nice. Dislike the limited menu and high prices. No continnental breakfast. Fold out bed was very uncomfortable
