Lovely place, would defonetly recommend for a nice relaxing few nights away. Staff are great and really attentive. Breakfast was great too for £10 each 👍 Only downfall would be its a little expensive for food and drinks. £3.40 for a coke is abit silly. Again, amazing place, facilities and staff. Paid £310 for 2 night stay for 4 with 2 dogs which is reasonable compared to other similar standard stays nearby!

Disappointing. Service was below expectations as basic service standards lacking. Should have had a drinks voucher but struggled to get this. Bar service worst I have seen in years & no cleaning of tables done at all.

On checking in front of house looked lovely. Room 84 over looking looking the drop inn pub was quiet noisy. Over all it was like staying at a pontins , not what we expected staying in a 4 star spa hotel . Spa you had to book your swim slot, upon arriving at the spa they didn't tell you that you needed a £1 for the locker ,and also its £5 to hire a spa robe ..

We don’t really enjoy ourselves at the this hotel. The pictures looked nice but when we arrive we soon realised that the hotel wasn’t as good as the pictures made out. The hotel tries to charge for every add-on. They even wanted £5 for a bath robe.

Came for one night with my 2 young sons. For a bit of fun and to use the pool. Gorgeous surroundings. The pool was lovely and Clean. Our Room had a double bed a single bed plus a pull out bed. The main beds were really comfy. The pull out not so much. Room was great for us. There was the odd mark on the carpets etc but not a problem for us. Hotel allows dogs for an extra free. We heard a bit of woofing from the next room but that stopped before bedtime. Room service was easy to order through a QR code. Breakfast was fab. Freshly brought out to order for the hot items. All the staff were lovely and helpful.

Friendly and efficient service at all stages. Good Sunday roast at the Drop Inn. Very enjoyable short stay in a lovely village set-up. Will do this again.

Excellent place to go if you want to relax and eat delicious food. The onsite bar and pub had excellent food and the customer service was top notch. The only complaint I have is that the room was very warm and we were unable to turn the heat down on the radiator and towel heater. This was my second stay at this hotel and I will definitely be back!

Had booked a VIP stay, however room was dirty, smelly. When asked to change rooms the staff had a horrible attitude. They dont even offer help on how to get around the hotel. No AC in the rooms so you are absolutely boiling

The property is dated in places and rooms are tired and need updating. Also need a deep clean as rather dusty. Expedia VIP benefit is not offered by the hotel despite being advertised on website

Overnight business trip. Very cosy hotel, good parking facilities, breakfast was good. Didn’t have time to make use of the pool facilities. Hotel is located beside private housing which seems to be a good area. Would definitely stay again

We were at the Last Drop for a wedding and didn't experience too much of the hotel but the bedroom was clean, breakfast was plentiful and my wife enjoyed half an hour in the hot tub.

This hotel has clearly aged terribly and the condition it is currently in is poor. The car parks are confusing and very uneven to walk in when dark - not a great start. Then check-in which was fine, but the walk to our room to a while and the smell of the building our room was in was disgusting. Across our stay it either smelled of rubbish, ciggarettes or cannabis - all very unpleasant. The room itself is spacious but very basic. The bedding just about fit on the bed, the bathroom door had clearly had a hole it in at one point and we had to call reception to request more towels. The towel that was finally brought to us had a huge make-up smear on it, so we had to ask for more. The spa is nice, but why set times for when peoplecan use it if they are not respected at all and people just do whatever they want. To make matters worse, I left my room key as a deposit for a padlock and on return they had given my key to someone else - so someone else could have access to my room and I had to go back to reception to get a new key. Breakfast was the most disappointing. Cereal, bread and 2 types of pastry does not make it continental. Extra cost for hot chocolate instead of tea or coffee - for what they charge for breakfast this was a disgrace and hugely frustrating. A total waste of money. Overall, while the hotel is comfortable it is very tired and needs a lot of investment. I would not stay there again.
