Although this hotel may not be the newest one on the block, the facility and cleanliness were excellent. But what I was impressed with was the staff members' professionalism and helpfulness. They went above and beyond to help me whenever I had questions. The hotel also comes with an excellent restaurant. Their lunch and desserts are great. If I come back to Kochi, I will stay here again. Thank you very much for making my business trip comfortable and enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay here - in a good-sized room. This was a convenient place for trips around Kochi - within walking distance of Kochi Castle, and with a tram stop right outside (just 6 stops with a change in the middle to get to Kochi JR station)

Nice location and building. However, the facility needs little more update. They had old style hotel key.

The basket for amenities didn't look like it never cleaned. I found some tiny bugs, and I was bitten by some bugs. I bought a "Antiprurtic and Anti-inflammatory cream". It's still very itch.

Close to Kiki Castle

This hotel is very close to Kochi castle, museum and Hirome market.

The property had this old world charm of being in a hotel maybe in the late 80's. Very luxurious and at the same time with updated facilities. Only down side is that there were no English (not even translated or subtitled) available. Overall a good and pleasant experience in the city of Kochi.

It was very good

This hotel is very spacious compared with most Japanese hotels. This hotel is obviously older, and was probably very classy back in the 1990's, but many parts of the hotel are showing signs of wear. The breakfast was awesome and I definitely recommend adding it to your stay. There are also laundry machines available, but they are coin operated and the drier took forever to dry my jeans. There isn't much of a view from our room, but the hotel is very close to shopping areas and the castle.

最高の立地ですがオペレーションは最悪です。 朝から設定していないモーニングコールで起こされるし、朝ご飯の列はありえないくらい長く待たされるしイライラしました

The staff was very nice and have excellent attitude. The hotel is kind of old, but they really try hard to give the customer a good stay. Croissants at breakfast were really good. food is average, coffee not good.

高知城の目の前で、ひろめ市場にも徒歩で行ける立地が良かった。駐車場は立体と敷地内があったが、車の大きさで敷地内に停車。

7/31〜8/4まで滞在しました。冷蔵庫の扉が壊れていて日に日にガタガタになってるけど、お掃除の方は気にならないのか修理されてない。残念。　

Fantastic service. The front desk staff are are so kind and helpful. The hotel is nice and clean and in a central location.

Service was excellent. Hotel is dated and rooms could use an upgrade. Felt like I stepped back to the 70's. In fact I think the bedding and furniture are from then.
