We were expecting the WOW factor, and the lobby did not disappoint on arrival, however when we arrived at our room, it was clean but a bit tired and could do with refurbishing. The fridge did not work very well and there was no ice maker. We raised this and were told that we could get ice from room service. A bit of a pain so we went to get the ice from the bar. Also it would have been good to have fresh milk for tea & coffee instead of little cartons. The food was very good, we ate in the Rose Garden one night and Avista Mediterranean another night. The food by the pool was disappointing. We would return but there are other hotels to try near by.
