Good basic hotel next to cite Europe and channel tunnel. Clean. Friendly helpful staff. Had dinner at the hotel which was good. Lots of choice and plat du jour. Good food. Drinks prices reasonable. €10 for a pint and a glass of wine. We have stayed here several times

We had to move rooms as first room plumbing was broken and room smell intolerable and unsafe. Rooms small, noisy, and air conditioning did not work

This hotel has several buildings and it wasn't clear which block we were in from our booking so we had to drive around for a bit until we found the correct block/hotel - other than that it was perfect for what we wanted a quick stop after Le Shuttle and before driving to Luxembourg the next day

May not be suitable for families as no safe in the lift and people banging your room at middle of the night. Terryfying experience we had as a family on this hotel.

This is very convenient for an early channel crossing. Basic but clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a lot of noise until about 11:30.

since changing owners the place seems cleaner and more friendly

We chose this hotel because it was very close to the Le Shuttle terminal, and it was very convenient. We stayed in a family room with our two children, 6 and 10 years. The room was great, two single beds and a double with lots of room unlike other family rooms we have stayed in. It was also quiet and dark, so we had a good sleep. Breakfast was nice with lots of options, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Parking was free and convenient. We would definitely stay here again if we were travelling on the shuttle.

Super convenient for when you are crossing with the Eurotunnel and you need to stay the night!

Convenient for the channel tunnel, easy parking. Restaurants nearby in shopping centre. Staff were friendly. However the room was warm so had to leave window open but lots of cigarette smoke came in from people smoking at front of the hotel

Proximity to le shuttle exit is great. Hotel staff very welcomimg and efficient.

Near to the tunnel, good value clean and functional

Lovely place to stay very close to Le Shuttle. Everything about this hotel was good. Probably the safest I have ever felt staying in a hotel as was also used by a lot of Police and Border Agents :) Staff were incredible friendly, breakfast was very good. Would highly recommend this hotel. Room was clean and tidy and bed comfy.

Heating control broken , reception changed our room .Meal in dining room was poor
