Good bed, clean, parking and wifi

Away from everything. No real dinning option, only junk.

The room was adequate for my needs. Big reason I booked it was for free airport shuttle and free shuttle to cruise terminal. Nice that it had a fridge and microwave because I typically order in when I travel. A couple of items could have been better. No vanity in the bathroom to set your toiletry kit or whatever. Just a pedestal sink. Couldn't find any Kleenex, had to use toilet paper. Wi-Fi connection kept dropping/disconnecting. If management is reading this I was in room 138.

Close to airport And transport

Loved the shuttle service to the airport. Check in was quick and easy. The room had everything we needed. Dining next door was good. I wished the breakfast started earlier than 8am.

The room was very clean and comfortable, but the decor was showing its age, and the facilities were dingy and mouldy. Great price considering the airport and cruise port transfers were included. Good for those on a tight budget.

The hotel has shuttle go to the cruise ship terminal.

Some of the staff are very friendly and helpful, others are lacking, the room was nice but the bathroom smells because of the water

Great value for price. Very noisy staring at 7 AM - loud music, large number of guests taking as walking by. No onsite restaurant. Room was clean and everything worked. WiFi very slow so had to tether cell phone in order to use Teams for work. Staff helpful and friendly. A bargain for airport convenience.

Poor coffee station & poor customer service, bathroom is right in front of very small waiting area, the check in dude/coffee barista kept smelling up the bathroom and didn’t take care of the coffee station yet got irritated when customers were complaining about the old fashion pump dispensers and creamer being out so at 8:45 a.m he removed everything

Staff are awesome here. Tv broke while I was using it. Maintence staff were very quick to respond and had a quick resolution and the moved me to a new room with no problems.

Did the trick for what I needed.

The Red Carpet delivered value for my money. Shuttles from the Cruise Ship and to the Airport were fantastic!
