Exquisite hotel. Unfortunately, housekeeping didn’t clean room by 2pm and they never brought the paper as promised.

Wonderful family stay, couldn’t have been more accommodating for babies. Hotel staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The spa is lovely and great to have in central London as extra treat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Claridge’s is a beautiful hotel and the Christmas decorations are spectacular.

This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had! The property itself is so beautiful and historic. The rooms were so nice and the beds incredibly comfortable. The staff was extremely attentive and kind. We even got to check in early (which when you have taken an overnight flight is a big deal!!) Oh and the spa is incredible. We had the BEST time. Location is perfect. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place and want to come back ASAP.

Amazing hotel as you would expect from one of this class in London. Room upgrade, champagne and cake for wife’s birthday and our anniversary. Friendly and helpful staff.

Totally excellent exceptional hotel with beyond brilliant staff

Nice hotel. Unbeatable location. Very good service (although not excellent). Large variability in room sizes and layout for the same room category. Stayed in a Mayfair room. Some are quite claustrophobic with small windows barely overlooking the courtyard. Room comfort very good. Excellent room amenities. A bit pricey overall.

We have had the most wonderful stay. All the staff are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you we hope to return in the future
