Un havre de calme et de verdure avec exellent service et good foods

It was a wonderful stay! Staff was fantastic and the food was amazing! Our only frustration was people smoking near our open window. We are not used to cigarette smoke.

I was really unwell coughing and had a fever. A very nice man helped me at night by making tea and giving me a blanket . His name was John. Big thanks

A lovely place in a great location; the walk through the forest to see views of Paris was really enjoyable. The family room was spacious & comfortable. However, the building could do with some refurbishment & repainting.

Useful stopover after long journey, staff super pleasant, rooms clean but tired. Breakfast OK but expensive, remote location but not far to Saint Germain for meal. No tennis courts on site as described!

I'm surprised this hotel is part of the Relais & Châteaux group. The service at dinner was very poor, wrong wine, wrong desert, poor selection of cheese. Lots of errors. The breakfast selection was also very poor with a real lack of options including butter that was past it use by date.

Great restaurant, low wifi signal in the rooms, but the receptionist changed my room to get better connectivity. Hotel is isolated in countryside, but very close to the military compound area.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location as I was attending a sports event organised with PSG Fc which is literally over the road. The room was very quiet but I found the one radiator left it a little cold, along with no double glazing. The staff were superb and the food in the restaurant was equally good. There are cheaper hotels in town and this hotel Comes at a price but the location was great for my needs and saved on taxi fares. If your looking for a high end hotel to stay in then I would recommend.

terrible did not even stay due to antisemitic remarks by the matradee. was so shocked ended up never staying and booking at the trinion in versailes. someone at hotels.com need to urgently contact me regarding this !!

Lovely classic property very well decorated.

Beautifully situated in the forest -- amazingly quiet given there is major road work being done nearby -- did not hear it.

Outside Paris and could accommodate a family of 5 in two rooms as a suite

This booking was supposed to be our biggest treat during our French. Instead, it was the biggest disappointment. This is a perfect example of faded glory, a hotel with old-fashioned bathrooms that once were luxurious, a gastronomic restaurant that is overpriced for the quality of the food served, a room with no 'Do no disturb sign' and the inevitable knock on the door by housekeeping earlier than we wished, luxury shower gel but in a broken dispenser so impossible to use, a balcony that hasn't been cleaned before our arrival and more importantly an owner whose look of disdain when we showed up to pay on check-out told us everything we needed to know about the reasons for the rest of our experience. I will not come back.

It was my first time staying in this hotel having passed it many times and hearing how expensive it was I never thought to stay in it, but I eventually did when I saw it was cheaper at this time than other local hotels. I had a great room, very well decorated and a door in my room which lead to an outdoor seating area with a table and chair. The room backed onto the surrounding forest so the environment was very calm and refreshing. The products provided in the bathroom were of high quality to match the decor, l'occitane, and a robe & slippers were provided as well as complimentary water. The mini bar is well stocked but there was no facility to make tea/coffee in my room. There was free wifi which is at times was a bit slow but still adequate. The hotel is not far from the town centre in a taxi but is a bit far on foot (maybe 30 mins) If it is a nice day you could have an enjoyable walk. The restaurant is moderately expensive but the food and service are very good. Breakfast is also very good with a great range of things to eat and exceptional service.

Wonderful grounds set the stage for a charming visit. The rooms were large and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The adjoining restaurant was top flight. The signs of age only added to the charm.
