Very clean and overall nice room

Very clean. The beds were really comfortable, best sleep I’ve had in a hotel.

Nice hotel overall but did have some cons. We flew in and stayed the night before leaving for a cruise. It was LOUD because it was by airport so I was woken up by airplanes. Water did not get warm in the shower. Other than that the stay was nice. Room and hotel was clean. Small but good breakfast. We landed at 12:00 am and their airport shuttle still came and got us. Staff were exceptionally nice and welcoming (even at 12:00 am!) I would recommend for a quick stay or if you need to be by airport as the shuttle service was convenient, but not sure I’d stay longer than a night or two.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was great. All staff engaged with were courteous and helpful.

We checked in really late but the staff was still super friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and clean!

Got lit in an ADA accessible room without requesting it, the room was on 1st floor beside the main elevator, extremely noisy. Toilet would not flush, had to fix it myself, then only warm water for shower. Next morning limited warm water in shower. Very poor experience.

Close to airport for early morning flight. Free airport shuttle. Dining options limited to delivery

We stayed for 2 days and housekeeping never came. Asked them twice to come today and they never came

The hotel was in an area that I was ok. By the airport very convenient. Very noisy by the planes. Stay at another hotel by the airport and was not able hear them- this was in another state.

When I got to the INN the lights were completely turned off on the outside which also made it difficult to find and park. Luckily the lady behind the desk informed me why the lights were off, she was amazing but the hotel wasn’t
