After talking to three people, who promised action, our safe was not fixed or replaced. Our room was not cleaned the first day we were there. The gates to the parking garage didn’t work right, and they finally just left them open. We stay there every year, and this time was definitely not good!

This did not have the amenities or quality that we are custom to having at a westin. Food service was all delivered from the Sheraton hotel next door. We ended up using the amenities, dining and pool at the Sheraton

Clean. WiFi spotty. Needed tech person to come and reset TV twice.

A very lovely, quiet hotel close to events at Stanford and food/shopping all within walking distance!! Great!!

All and all its a good hotel. However, beds are not comfortable. They still have that old school spring mattresses.
