Breakfast had good options. The front desk gentleman was very sweet. We were there for a softball tournament and we were celebrating my birthday, and he brought out plates, cups and utensils for all of us despite the kitchen being closed. Such a sweet gesture.

Ms. Sandy and Mr. Roan were excellent. Their service was above par. Also the room cleaning attendant were excellent. They took care of me to detail. I give them 5 STAR. Will stay back.

The staff is super nice, kind, and accommodating. This hotel is very old and pretty worn down though. I am not sure why it has such high reviews. Our room smelled so musty and the a/c did not work. They were very helpful and gave us another which smelled better and the a/c worked. The rooms were fine and beds were comfortable. I am sure it is nice enough and passes the standard but we had stayed at a new hotel near the airport and so it was a big contrast. The hallways are so dark!! and the elevator was a bit eery and creepy. Loved the staff but wouldn't stay here again.

Great Customer Service. The rooms were very nice and clean. We travel to Orlando a few times throughout the year and will make this Hotel our “go to” stay Hotel when we’re in Orlando.

Nice hotel, good location

They checked someone else in to my room that was reserved under my name and charged my card that was already on file from my reservation. I went to my assigned room who already had someone in it. Now I have 2 charges on card one is supposed to fall off but this is concerning that this happened in the 1st place. When I went to check out there was another person who had been doubled charged too.

Hotel is old nothing updated. Carpet in room and hallways are dirty and smells awful. I had to leave the hotel.

I asked for a crib and the person at lobby went above and beyond to get one to my room as soon as possible, given that the person in charge of doing that was gone for the day.

I reserved 2 king suites with a pull out bed in each room only to find one room with a queen bed & no pull out bed. When I confronted the front desk about it, they told me it was a king with a pull out bed but it clearly wasn’t because the other room was a king.

Excellent front desk staff. Super clean room and bathroom. Separate work desk, sitting area with TV and a handy kitchenette with sink. The furnishings were in excellent condition and the room was very comfortable!
