Super duper

This was disappointing. The listing on Hotels . com shows the image of their premium 2 bedroom property against the images and details of the 1 bedroom apartments. The quality difference is significant. The property are aware of this and Hotels . com are now aware of this discrepancy too. The photos displayed are not the room you are going to get. The man on the front desk was very helpful. The manger was less helpful and does not seem to see there being an issue with not having accurate photos on the site and blames hotels . com for the misleading advertising. The location is good though, the rooms are adequate, but it isn't what you are led to believe on booking. It's a shame, the property has potential and a great location. The standard rooms need maintenance and a good deep clean.

I stayed here over the London Marathon weekend and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating, communication was excellent, and they made everything seamless from start to finish. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

A stand out excellent experience, super convenient location, clean and tidy with excellent facilities, staff were welcoming, communicative and super helpful. A well run facility that I will use again for sure.

A very nice 2 bedroom unit in a great part of London very close to SoHo. The only tough part was that there was no elevator and we had to walk up 5 flights of stairs to the unit. The staff was very respectful and courteous. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the property can't be beat -it's right off of Regent Street near Piccadilly. The unit was on the top floor, which meant climbing 6 flights of stairs. Once, inside it was quiet and clean. There was a strange, smoky smell in one of the bedrooms, but reception put in an air purifier which cleared it up. We would definitely stay there again.

Cleanliness could have been better 5 flights of stairs although staff helped with luggage Room was definitely not what was shown on booking site - much smaller and not what I thought I was paying for Location is only plus for this place

I arrived late (namely after 8pm). I found it very difficult to get into the property. Whoever was in charge of letting guests in was not particularly helpful. The flat itself was ok.

Location of this apartment can't be beat and it was very comfortable for our family of 4. Check in and out process was very easy. Only down side is no elevator and it was on 5th floor.

Comfortable stay, would recommend.

The apartment was great and very spacious and the staff where very friendly. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a centrally located stay in London. My only recommendation would be that they replace the windows and give the place a little TLC as it is looking a little tired.
