It was great place!

The custodian/repairman was extremely helpful and friendly.

The receptionist last evening was amazing. I didn’t get her name but she worked the register by the window. She was helpful pleasant and made my family feel welcome. The lady working the breakfast station was so nice and helpful. Overall 10 out 10 for the staff.

Room was clean however 1 fixture in the room did not work. Bedside USB Plugs in the room did not work. Parking was overpriced for the area. We ended up parking at the Hilton half a block down the street for $25 a night versus the $43 a night with mandatory valet with no self parking. One of the waffle irons was in the process of breaking as well. Otherwise the staff was nice and the breakfast was as expected.

Loved the location, but the fan for the AC/heat was very loud and couldn’t be turned off. It was not a restful night.

This hotel was amazing! The staff was great front desk clerk Clifford needs to be cloned. The front desk staff was so accommodating and it was a crazy busy weekend and they were always pleasant and ready to help. The room was nice, breakfast was good. Planning to return to this hotel for next year’s competition.

Friendly front desk staff. Excellent room on top floor with view of short north district. Great location. Lots of inexpensive parking in walking distance.

I paid for a room off of Hotels.com, so I didn't think that I needed to have my physical card checking in.(first time and last time going through this)The reason I didn't have my physical card was because I had lost it a week earlier and it didn't come in that mailed yet. So Upon checking in, the new receptionist lady was very very nice, kind and professional but when she called her Supervisor Laticia to help. Laticia was very rude, arrogant, condescending, rolling her eyes, she lacked empathy, was very dry acting. I felt like she was trying to get an reaction out if me. I asked how can we resolve the issue, I pulled up my digital wallet from my bank, she said we dont accept that. she said your going to have to cancel your reservation. So I waited in the lobby for about 2 and a half hours reserching to see how can I get this resolved because I couldn't cancel may reservation. Laticia kept constantly laughing almost in an antagonising way. But I kept it calm thinking maybe Im reading too much into this. I understand that people have to do their job. I'm never rude to people who work in customer service especially if they are kind and trying to do their job. because I've worked in customer service for many years so I understand what people go through. I ended up getting the issue resolved, my boss helped me because we were there on business. In the process of her interaction with him she was very rude and dry acting to him as well. Everyone was very nice and hospitable. Any concerns or issues was answered and taken care of right away. My first trip to Ohio and looking forward to visiting again.

Valet parking was a little pricey

Stayed one night with the intention to go to Nation wide arena for a show. It was perfect. Comfortable, clean, lots of places to eat. Highly recommend.

Super convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable accomodations.

The toilets must be someone's idea of a bad joke. Great height for children, but not so much for older people. Worst of all, the bottom of the bowl is flat so not everything goes down on the first flush. To save water tried to develop a method of pitching paper to the back of the bowl. Ridiculously poor design; really annoying!

If you’re going to a function that requires you to be next to the convention center it is perfect distance to walk to. And if you need a DoorDash any food it’s accessible without any key card to get your floor.
