Interior of hotel is outdated. The hallways are 100 degrees. There was a football team staying there who were unsupervised, running up and down the hall pounding on doors and a group of them were adjoining to our room. 1 of the kids was sleeping in the lobby. I had to call twice after 11:00 pm to have them shut it down. We should have been moved from the floor. It was na awful nights sleep. Also, a VERY beat up Sprinter van was nearly parked on top of me in an honors space. That's the reason I parked there in the 1st place. Shady location, beware.

Decent and clean. The breakfast was good. Bit of parking issues as the lot is small and filled up.

We love staying at this property. It is our go to when traveling and visiting in the area. Front desk personnel very friendly, cleaners accomodating, breakfast yummy, and room comfortable

Hotel was very updated and clean. Staff was friendly. Love that it is close by to restaurants, gas station and stores.

Room was so loud from outside noise, people above and gym next door - I was constantly noted by noises and barely slept.

Everything was great

I rented Room 301 at the New Philadelphia, Ohio, motel on November 8/9. Motel was fine as was the service. What you would expect from a Hampton Inn. I gave it an average not because of the facility but because of the totally oblivios and inconsiderate customer(s) in room either 303, 305, or 302. Kids being kids is fine during the day, or up to 10:00 or so at night. NOT ok at 2, 3, 4 and 5 AM. Doors slamming, people (adults and kids) yelling, banging on walls, etc. All night long. Ridiculous parenting. Don't know what the situation is but I had a very long drive getting up there and an even longer one on the 9th. Not Hampton's fault. Get a clue parents/guardians/whoever!

Very , very clean and comfortable areas, the staff was real friendly, and the breakfast buffet was better than most other hotels

I was visiting New Philadelphia to help my sister move. We were both exhausted and arriving at the hotel was like we had just arrived at a resort. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the room could not have been better. I give it a nice strong 5 star rating.

Convenient to Sugar Creek and Walnut Creek wineries, restaurants, and shopping.

They were having the floors cleaned. Main hallways were wet and slippery. Fire alarm went off at 5:30 am. Not much options for breakfast.
