Paid for a king room, was given a room with 2 small beds and told to bad, nothing they could do… people with big dogs in and out all the time, people sitting out front and crowding entrance like a trap house! Save your money and go elsewhere!

This was highly disappointing the wetness of the room- was gross. The beds felt wet. Our bags and clothes felt wet by morning. Bed extremely uncomfortable- hard to stay asleep and woke up aching. Overall very disappointed.

Paid for reservation before I ever left home just to show up & be told...it shouldn't of been on Expedia tonight. I said I already paid for it. They said we have no rooms. I said what am I supposed to do now with two kids in the car...she responded go to another hotel. It is now almost 9 oclock at night a couple hours away from home & all the other motels were almost twice the price which I didn't have. I budgeted what I could afford before I left home. How this is allowed is ridiculous & WRONG. But there were people all outside smoking, vaping, etc. Looked more like a residential motel.

It was a nice room and people very nice kept it clean coffee was good. I would give 5 stars but omg the room was over bearing hot and I didnt ask or try to see if the windows opend maybe i should have thats my only complaint.

Arrived to check-in and was told there third floor was closed. That is the floor fir pets and smoking, both of which I needed and reserved. No offer to make it right. Ended up having to find another hotel. The lady checking me in was nice. The young man, I think a manager, was rude and dusmissive.

HOSPITALITY WAS AMAZING

People running upstairs and you can hear everything!! The tv remote didn't work so we turned the TV on using the TV to only have the channels not work and have a fuzzy line through them. The door latch to latch it shut was busted. Offers breakfast and seasonal pool which they don't even have a pool and don't offer breakfast!

Really did fit our needs. Minor "fixes" would have made it perfect. No lobby signage, confusing to locate room at first. No lobby restroom, making that one last bathroom stop before hitting the road impossible. Comfortable bed, and pillows. Clean linens, clean bathrooms. Every thing else was great.

It started with an extremely rude person at the front desk. They continued into the room. We immediately discovered the remote controlled didn’t work went to go to bed with yellow pillowcases from head. Sweat woke up at 1 o’clock in the morning with a bedbug on my chest, got out of bed, discovered two more on the bed and one more on the wall took photographs showed to the front desk Told me it must just be that room lol walked out across the street. Went to country Inn and suites got a wonderful room. Please stay away. It’s your choice. I have two bedbug bites on me. I Had to leave all my clothing there rather than risk, taking it home with me

Staff was cool, everything else sucks.

The room was very nice the hallway and the elevator smelled bad but i can see the new owners are doing there thing in there so good job to the new owners

The rooms were spacious and will be even better if they continue to renovate them and fix the chipped paint at ceilings, add microwaves, etc. The booking (internet) sites should be updated to show there is no breakfast and no indoor pool (as it's permanently closed)

This hotel should not be in service at all it says non smoking but it is a smoking property, carpet is black dirty room had bugs inside plus they had to move me 3 times. the first room had some black bugs, the second room they tried to move me the beddings had pee stains on it and blood stain, The 3rd room the shower had stain plus the door was not working they had to open the door with a regular key and said anytime I need to leave they had to come open and close the door The manager seem not to care much either I am still waiting for my refund. But I highly do not recommend this property to anyone. They said they just baught but still why does it look very dirty and health risk.

The staff was nice friendly and helpful. The room was somewhat updated. The room was decent with vpf flooring vs old outdated carpet. The bed was not very comfortable and kind of hard but the bedding appeared to be clean. You can tell the place is just an old building but overall decent and what better than most motels. I didn't like the fact that early in the more the housekeeping staff stood outside my door and proceeded to argue very loud. And yelled to communicate with each other down the hall. I provided what I needed for a night and that was a place to sleep.

Checked in a little later in the evening— had used Orbitz and booked two rooms— upon arrival— was greeted by a reception that refused to look at my Orbitz reservation & refused to give me the second room. The two staff that were there, especially the evening manager was rude and claimed that there was only one room. We crammed into one room for the evening. Then later claimed that “no one claimed the second room” and refused to provide a refund. Would not trust purchasing room on Orbitz or elsewhere.

It could have been a 2.5 - 3 star review, based on it having a lower price than surrounding hotels, but too many things made the stay less pleasant. It is a typical outdated hotel, but about what you would expect for the price, so that's not the issue. However, they supplied no shampoo or tissues, and the front desk couldn't supply any when requested. Additionally, there is no microwave or coffee maker, just a mini-fridge. The pillows are VERY thin, and there are only 2 per bed. The mattresses were not very good either. Also, they have both smoking and non-smoking rooms, which would be fine, except that there was a HUGE gap under the room door and we were definitely smelling cigarette smoke coming from smoking room somewhere on our floor. Fortunately, at least the room did seem to be cleaned properly, but this place could seriously use an overhaul.

If you’re looking for a non expensive place to sleep this place is good. Staff was nice and comfortable beds.
