Very fine staff and a good price. Room was spacious. No air conditioning but they got us a fan. Breakfast only OK compared with other hotels in Scandinavia. Kudos to the desk staff—very pleasant and helpful.

Parking misleading, and when i parked as told & went to pay, i got back with the receipt to display and had been fined by a parking officer. He had to be watching until i was out of sight as he booked me 2 minutes after i left it. I understood there was 15 minutes grace/ free parking. So my 2nd day ever in Denmark, first day driving and i have a fine. Hotel just said sorry, they NEED to change their instructions. You cannot park on side of road anywhere near hotel to load & offload, jhowever briefly. As a solo traveller i didnt have someone to seek information whilst i waited with the car

Single room and a little bit small. Staff were wonderful though and helped a lot with parking and local knowledge: Hotel would be good for a short stay IMHO.

The room was nice with two shower rooms and good beds. Staff were friendly, and the breakfast was OK. The lack of air conditioning and only one window to open lead to an uncomfortably warm night.

location is good , staff also good, only the 1st room heater was spoil, report to the front desk in the middle of the night and the guy come to my room and said is normal, the whole night was nightmare for me, the think blanket never leaft my body at all. lucky next morning, a lady front desk come to my room and decided to change the room for me, now i'm in the good room and good night sleep

Hotel is very , very Ok to be honest. Clean and in heart of Vejle city centre. Close to the Train & Bus station & a 30 coach to Billund Airport and LegoLand. Rooms, is very clean & spacious. But the mattress is rubbish. Too soft and you literally sink in while you sleep. My room air conditioning not working in room, but the radiator works and thank God it was last October we went so it was cooler. I be honest as well, your Breakfast Buffet is rubbish and can be better. Your breakfast lounge is very big, spacious and beautiful. But you can at least have more breakfast food options. Your breakfast buffet only had salty scrabbled eggs, chicken nuggets (those were only hot food. Then you had loads of rolls & white bread) cucumber, peppers & cheese. Please do better . We requested for sunny side up egg only to told they can’t fry us one. Not a great service. And the woman managing the breakfast lounge, needs to SMILE MORE . It’s FREE.

Clean, convenient, and walkable.

The rooms were basic enough but no room service at all the 3 days that we were there. The AC in the room did not work which was very frustrating as it was extremely warm during our stay. The hotel location is really convenient for walking into the town and getting everywhere you need to go.

What I like most were the staff. However, I would not recommend the breakfast. It was underwhelming. And I am not picky.

The hotel is very well located, with good access, parking and food options nearby. Our room didn't have a working AC, and unusual temperatures in Vejle, made it very difficult to sleep at night.

Personalet var meget hjælpsomt. Rengøringen kunne godt være bedre. Der var gamle pletter på sengen og gulvtæppet på værelset var knapt så rent. Fint til en enkel og billig overnatning, men ville ikke opholde mig der i længere tid ad gangen. Morgenmadsbuffetten var decideret kedelig og ikke pengene værd.

Jeg har overnattet på flere Cabinn-hoteller rundt omkring i landet, og generelt synes jeg, at Cabinn leverer god værdi for pengene. Man får det, man betaler for, og jeg har som udgangspunkt været tilfreds. Denne gang var det første gang, jeg boede på Cabinn i Vejle. Selve hotellet fejlede ikke noget, og værelset var også helt fint. Jeg lagde dog mærke til, at der var edderkoppespind under sengen, hvilket trak lidt ned. Det største minus var dog støjen. Hotellet ligger meget centralt, og det kunne virkelig mærkes. Jeg blev vækket omkring kl. 7 om morgenen af trafik, kirkeklokker, lastbiler og håndværkere. Der var så meget larm, at det var svært at sove videre. Jeg har ikke noget imod Cabinn som hotelkæde – tværtimod har jeg haft gode oplevelser tidligere. Men hvis du overvejer at bo på Cabinn i Vejle, skal du være opmærksom på, at den centrale beliggenhed også betyder en del støj fra morgenstunden.
