The hotel was in a nice, quit area. The room was nice, clean and spacious, the only problem was that I saw a couple cockroaches. Other than that I recommend this hotel.

Costruction around the hotel made it dificult to drive to. Other than that, staff was nice and rooms were clean.

Our room became infested in ants by the third day. We returned from the theme park and the bathroom had ants all over the floor. There were ants on the beds and in our luggage. We left that night not wanting to sleep with ants. The area around the hotel was also sketchy. It was semi industrial and didn’t feel safe. We did take advantage of the free breakfast, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, and waffles. The breakfast staff was very attentive. We will not be staying there again.

The hotel itself was surprisingly great. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Parking wasn't an issue and the breakfast was great! The area does get dicey at night with a lot of homeless in the area but we felt safe up on the third floor and didn't see any homeless on the property. Great amenities for the price: quiet microwave, a working refrigerator, and free coffee in room. The local Italian restaurant that was advertised in the room was also a huge hit with the entire family with cheap delivery. You can also catch a free view of the Seaworld fireworks from the third floor, which the kids loved. Overall it was a very good stay.

My stay was only one night but it was nice. Room was clean when we arrived. My only two concern was the water pressure wasn’t too strong and I had to walk down to the front desk to get extra towels because the front desk person was alone and had no one to help them.

Bed sheet was covered with black particles! When told reception next day morning, simply said will take a note! And said should told when saw it ! That was 10:30 pm and not sure hiw that would make difference! For breakfast, there was long line to get and bo space to sit and eat! Property is close to sea world and old town but in horrible neighborhood. Seems like industrial area with homeless walking around

The room was very clean. The breakfast is always so basic and underwhelming. The staff was nice but i did find the breakfast staff to be rude when putting out new food. The food area was small and congested but still clean was bad itwas congested

Great rooms and friendly staff

Staff was friendly and nearby to convention. Parking was a bit tight did have additional parking underground which seems questionable but overall breakfast was yummy and nice room. Very pleasant stay.

Ok for the price. The toilet flashes were terribly noises. You could hear the ones above and the ones beside your room. The 1st night I could not sleep. The room was clean. The area around looks an industrial area. But in 10 minutes you can be at Point Loma harbor which is nice.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The customer service was poor—staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful with even basic requests. On top of that, the cleanliness was clearly lacking. The room felt unkept, with visible hairs in shower and a musty smell. Definitely not what I expected. I wouldn’t recommend unless improvements are made.
