Check in and check out staff were very polite. An economy level hotel. Relatively clean, except for the ketchup on the wall. Overall an average, okay place to stay.

We stay here every time we get to Pierre.

Had some tv trouble the first night but they were super friendly and quick to fix! Staff is so nice, accommodating and super clean. Will stay here again.

I was able to check in early which was a lifesaver! Thank you, Pierre team!

Great comfortable bed, clean room, great breakfast!

Convenient location, adequate parking spaces. Bad odor in the room, like it used to be a smoking room.

this is the place I stay when I’m in Pierre.

Room was quaint clean , I like the western feel. Not especially fond of the check in , having to call for a desk attendant. Although she did respond very quickly.

Lots of eating and amenities close by.

breakfast was not great juice didnt work and beds were uncomfortable and had dirty washcloth hanging in out shower that smelled like bleach

Cockroaches were crawling across the TV and in the bathtub.

There was an error and my room wasn't cleaned, but they took care of me very quickly and very apologeticly.

Check in was less than fast. 22 minutes with only one customer in front of me. Lots requirements that slows down the front desk. Less than efficient on the computer just exaggerated the issue. Steps up to second floor had what appeared to be carpet pad in shreds that was not vacuumed up after a remodel of a room. Second floor had the skunk smoke smell obviously not enforced. Not great experience.

Plenty of noise from the highway. Not bad for the money- just an ok stay for a low price.

The room was good but on the second floor. When booking, I requested a first floor room because I was traveling with an elderly lady. When checking in, I was told that they didn’t get the message from hotels.com! All the first floor rooms were booked with hunters with dogs.

The reservation was messed up by Expedia but the staff fixed it so I could stay for the two nights I wanted.
