Rooms were spacious and clean. Too many spiders in the rooms. We were a large group and everyone was killing spiders in their room. Property was nice, pools were nice.

Food was not good. Rooms need a touch up. Need to spray for bugs, could not enjoy the balcony and we paid extra for the lake view!! Too expensive for what you get. Pools were nice and so was the massages. Sorry for the price, we will not go back or refer someone 😕

Beautiful and clean rooms. Well maintained grounds, pool, water park, etc.

Had a great stay. Pool area is amazing, golf course was great. Waitress at the bar was super cool.

I love the way there were activities and ALL staff was pleasant and attentive. The least I like the rooms need more attention to like the balconies.

This resort is very nice, clean and everyone was very friendly. The lake view from our room was beautiful! My only dislike was the self parking. Once the first parking lot filled, the overflow parking was about a half mile away. I just felt like the young men running around on the golf carts could have shuttled guests back to the resort instead just driving by everyone. I know there is valet, but not everyone who stays there wants to pay the extra fee for it. Other than that, the resort is excellent!

Only amenities that were available were the pools and they were dirty. Lazy River and everything else shut down. No towels by the pool and no toilet paper either. WiFi didn’t work and service was overall not good.

I would have rather more options for eating but overall, it was ok. There was a lot of location for parking.

Room not ready for check-in until 7pm. Staff unprepared and unresponsive.

Very pleasant place for a weekend or just a day off, plenty of of activities or just walk around.. my wife and i enjoyed the resort very much.

Kids had a great time. Rooms are nice and large.

Amazing time here! Service was outstanding for the most part. We had one blip and they immediately investigated. The restaurants and bar situation is kind of boring this time of year and the food is mediocre, but overall amazing time.

Generally it is a nice property - there is a significant lack of attention to detail - garbage cans overflowing, some areas lack the cleanliness they could have. Staff could be more enthusiastic - they all looked and acted exhausted. Our best experience hands down was with John at the bar and grill just above the check in counter. He and Emily were great. The rooms were well appointed and I appreciated the spacious and clean accommodations
