Location was excellent to Hagley Park (walking) and to Cafe/Restaurants/Shopping (Riccarton Mall). Didn't need to use our car. Could do with a wee spruce up. But, then tariffs would increase. Good value at present for the tariff charged

Very nice park across the street. You can walk to CBD. About 30 min.

Our stay was good, traffic and other guests but still slept surprisingly well, also were allowed to leave our car in car park for the next day while we were at cricket, even though we had checked out

Very comfortable & clean. Close to Hadley park & walking distance to riccarton shops. Would have liked two tablets of soap but otherwise had everything you need. Would stay again thanks

Budget friendly, clean, neat and tidy. Had a family room which was great for our family of two adults and two kids. Walking distance through park to city centre. Pleasant stay.

It was very close to a number of cafes/ restaurants. Right over the road was Hagley Park as well

Location location. Easy access to CBD, Botanic Gardens and food and shopping options. Staff very friendly and helpful. Older style property with everything you need including basic cooking facilities. Very happy with this property and will definitely be back.

Very convenient for airport and central Christchurch, easy walk through picturesque botanical gardens. Room was very clean, owner very helpful and informative.

Older property right in middle of town, so great location. However my reservation said King bed and it was a queen, said registration open till 10pm it was closed begore 8 but they left a note for me.

No outdoor sitting area, smoking area, barbecue area.

Probably the cleanest motel I've ever stayed in. Like wow, cleaner than my house has ever been. The inside is a little bit kitch, and the shower very basic, but fine and overall excellent for the price. (but like you're doing yourself a disservice with the purple and the butterflies and the throw cushions, a bit of a glow up girl and you'll be fire).

Good sized, warm room with comfortable bed. Good sized and comfortable relaxing area with comfortable lounge chairs. Well appointed kitchenette, everything we needed for a stay where we did our own cooking. Friendly staff. Will stay again.

Property and room was dated but clean. Bed was comfortable and staff friendly.
