Was only 10am and checkout lady hassled us about checking out. Told her checkout wasn’t until another 2 hours and she stated “what time is it” very unprofessional. Hot tub not working. Pool extremely hot. Room was not clean. Stains on the comforter! I’ll stay elsewhere next time because this place has went downhill!

This was a terrible stay for our family. From a moldy pool, to ripped window screens, razor blades on the sidewalks, and zero sense of security. In a poor neighborhood to say the least.

Your property was the most reasonably priced for the length of stay that I needed, with the best reviews. The room was clean and the staff friendly, especially Sharon, she was great! The other employees kind of ignored everyone and just went about whatever they were doing. When I checked in, the gentleman at the front desk was kind and polite but I had to go back the next day to have my points added to my rewards program. My room was supposed to be cleaned after 3 days, but it was 4. I had to ask for my trash to be removed. Breakfast offeriengs were very minimal. It was clean and I wasn't there all day so it was a nice place to stay for my needs. It was not convenient to the location I was visiting but neither were the other hotels.

Broken tv remote, lamps missing bulbs by bed, the window in room did not lock and i was on the first floor so, anyone could get access, pool nor hot tub was available the 3 days i stayed. It's in the middle of nowhere with nothing close in walking distance for those that have no transportation on a stay. This one is on the Do not stay again list!

DONT STAY HERE Upon arrival, the hotel exhibited a pervasive unpleasant odor. Despite this, we checked in, only to discover our room had a strong mildew, smoke, and decaying animal smell. Furthermore, several electrical outlets were non-functional, a light switch was inoperable, and the refrigerator was not cooling. The pool was visibly unclean, the hot tub was out of service, and the bedspread was stained and soiled, necessitating sleeping without blankets. The front desk offered no resolution beyond a more expensive room upgrade. Consequently, my children and I endured these substandard conditions. THEY ALSO WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY

absolutely disgusting... bugs, brown liquid on the walls, mold in the door ways, mold in the pool, broken hot tub with caution tape around the broken concrete... people seem to live in this hotel. NOTHING like the photos.. DO NOT BOOK

It was very last minute for us, but the room was not clean. We have to call housekeeper to vacuum the couch bed that was supposed to be a queen sized bed. When we took the couch cushion off, there was so much stuff underneath. Q tips, crumbs, etc. there were cigarette ashes on the air conditioner and several spots just not clean. This really was very last minute and the second night I felt a little more comfortable. Housekeeping did come up immediately when we contacted them and we appreciated that.

Checked us into the wrong room, moved the next day to the correct room only to find out there was no hot water, so moved to another room. The breakfast was awful, we ate out the next day. Hot tub not in working order. No rooms had a bathtub like i had booked for, they all were small walk in showers. All 3 rooms had stains on the sheets. Tried to add pics and it won't allow me to upload. Cheaper rate for a reason! The long blonde lady manager was nice and helpful. The Friday night shift man was no help and no care to correct their mistake and would not switch us to the correct room with 2 beds and bath instead of the 1 bed and shower that he gave us. And if you book any 3rd party, they will not refund or credit back just a word of advice. That should've been pur first clue when we walked in and signs are up that say that. Obviously they have a lot of unhappy people! Speaking of which there was 4 complaints and rooms wrong when we were there for the 2 nights.

We frequent the Sleep Inn when we have business in Decatur and Sharon is awesome! Very friendly and helpful service good hot breakfast options in addition to quick sweets….definitely a solid recommendation for staying here
