The hotel refused to return my money although we were snowed in the Washington DC area. My children cried and I lost 700 dollars. They weren’t even willing to credit for the following week. Beware of money hungry establishments.

Room was fine. Water was super hot which I appreciate! Pretty building just nothing extraordinary. Employees did not greet us at the door.

Lovely room, could have used some facial tissues. Really great, central location with excellent staff who went above and beyond. The walls are quite thin so any noise (including other room’s doors opening and closing) was very audible, waking us up daily. Otherwise, would have been a perfect stay.

Had the most amazing customer service my room was nice quiet and quaint the decor is beautiful throughout the roof top view is beautiful small corner pool a cardio style gym and overall great location to shopping clubs and just overall walkable places 10/10
