I had an amazing stay especially with the wonderful and friendly staff. Thank you also for the chocolate especially for Christmas since I was traveling alone. It felt special! I will definitely be returning again.

Room was fine. Only downside was paper cups? Why can't proper cups and saucers be provided? I hate drinking from paper cups. Makes the hotel look cheap. Our first stay of four nights was in a privilege room whereas the single night was in a classic room. Couldn't see how the extra money was justified. Replenishment of tea bags was hit and miss.

Tiny room. Window that faced a brick wall. No hot water for showers in the morning. Staff was gracious and excellent but really the hotel somehow has a great rating on this site but does not deliver.

Hôtel Saint Martin Bastille Was every bit as good as the website suggested , so well located to explore Paris with plenty of eating out options nearby, staff professional, and the room was spotless so my wife said and she is always a good critic! Our room on the top floor had character yet all modern conveniences. Breakfast was super. No hesitation to recommend as a city break.

I like and know the 11th arrondisement and found this hotel an excellent option for staying there. Typical Parisian small rooms but very clean and nicely appointed with modern attractive bathroom. Helpful staff and location convenient for transportation. Minuses are fewer restaurant options than some Paris neighborhoods and need to travel to mot major tourist sites--although nothing is very far. Also a tad pricey, but that may be the time of year I was there. I love to walk so for me this hotel was perfect. Will stay there again.

Delightful boutique hotel in excellent location, 2 min from nearest Metro. Quaint elevator only fits 2 people, or 1 plus luggage, but that's a minor inconvenience and part of the charm.

This is a fabulous hotel - a real gem! I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to be close to the centre of things in a great local area - lots of cafés and restaurants at hand and well connected by metro. Very clean rooms and indeed throughout. Welcoming and helpful staff. Super breakfast room/ offer. Very impressed!

A spotless, quiet hotel. Perfect location near a metro station, many restaurants, and even a market (Saturday). The staff was friendly and attentive.
