It was a clean place which is always a great thing. We dont usually complain about things but they rave about the high speed internet. I think the dial up I had as a teen in the 90s was quicker. If they didnt put on everything how "fast" it was, it wouldnt be so funny to us. The hot tub was luke warm at best. The breakfast was a bit to be desired but better than just cereal if we were to give it a silver lining.

It was a fine experience. The room itself was ok but not very clean especially the bathroom. Breakfast was ok not great no eggs either which is still pretty standard these days.

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, but this was probably one of the best. Not only is the price extremely affordable but add the heated pool, hot tub and breakfast you’re borderline spoiled. No to mention Daja who, works at the front desk is awesome and makes you feel right at home. Check in was a breeze and the location is easy to find. Did I mention that they also have complementary juice, coffee, tea, and cookies? The rooms are clean quiet and updated. and the in-house toiletries make bedtime easy for for families with kids. Definitely will be staying here again and would recommend anyone visiting the area to book this hotel

Breakfast service, particularly coffee, was disappointing. Before 7:00, the only coffee available on the first morning was the thermos in the lobby - which was ice cold. When coffee finally arrived in the breakfast area, it was so weak you could see through it. Coffee is important in the morning for guests and makes a good impression if it is hot and brewed well. This needs improvement.

This property is so convenient when I am visiting my grandson and his family. It is always clean. The staff are wonderful. Even a young man who was new was very kind and explained everything he was doing, and apologized for delay, which was minimal. Nice staff.

The front desk was friendly and efficient. The property was clear and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. And because of the rates, I would probably stay here again. The problems were the breakfast was the worst I've ever had of hotel free breakfasts. The sausage and gravy was so coagulated it was inedible, the hash browns had a strange chemical taste, the mandarin oranges were old and dry, and the coffee was so weak that it looked like tea. I couldn't eat or drink anything. Also, the pillows were so insubstanti that I had to stack three of them to achieve the normal pillow height. Fortunately I brought my own from the car. Plus the room was very warm, and the A/C worked only sporadically, so I had a terrible night's sleep.

The bed was so cozy and comfortable. The room was quiet, easy to relax. The hot tub was a special treat after a busy day. A microwave and fridge was great, I always end up with leftovers. There are restaurants with delicious food close enough to walk to. The staff is wonderful, friendly and welcoming. The room has a lot of space to store extra clothes, etc, instead of storing in the suitcase. I recommend staying at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Dubuque, IA. There are many things to do in the area. It’s a beautiful city.

I work in Dubuque and live about an hour and 15 minutes away. Had bad weather and decided to stay the evening. Made same day reservations. Got the 2 queen bed suite. Very big room. Comfy bed and the employee at the front desk was very nice and helgful. Will stay again.

Upon getting into the room it was clear it wasn’t cleaned properly. Both beds had stains on the sheets, mattress pad and the dust ruffle. There was so much hair in the bathroom, the floor, the wall, the sink, the tub, it was unreal. The soap holder was on the floor under the sink! That hadn’t been in forever! Went to front desk to ask to be moved or it be cleaned. She said the housekeepers were gone and that the internet was down, so to come back. I had to leave for an event, but finally after about 10 mins of discussion she said it would all be taken care of. I came back after our event and before dinner and the sheets were changed, with one set inside out! The bathroom was untouched. Went back down and she said “it was cleaned”. Others were complaining about it being too hot/cold, not clean etc. After dinner I brought her up to the room and all she could do was say “sorry”. I asked to talk to the manager, but apparently they are on a “3 week international vacation”! I cleaned the room myself. The pool was unkept, bandaids on floor, miss matched paint, etc. Posted sign says they close at 11 for kids, midnight for adults. We all got kicked out at 10:01pm. At breakfast there were no plates, half of the choices were gone, other guests upset, but no action taken. Some of the housekeepers were eating breakfast in area with phones on loud watching inappropriate videos. The other housekeeper had her children running the halls and yelling at them. NEVER AGAIN!
