I said it before and I will say it again. This is hands down my favorite hotel in the world! Don’t know what it is? Staff - check, view - check, location - check. As my older son said this hotel has the best view from the gym and running track that you could even imagine. Special kudos to front desk staff. Professional, courteous and lovely

They were so wonderful to us know us by name went above and beyond it every way in every fashion. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any hotel let alone Four Seasons.

Very dissapointed, feont desk manager rude, 3 pieces of cashmere pullovers destroyed by their dry cleaners, car wash came back with bird poop on the ferrari, overall a bad experience and then an overcharge on top of it
