Everything was great about this hotel!!!! Comfy bed, great breakfast, laundry room & amazing staff

Good experience

Old just need to be remodeled the people was friendly, but it just seemed outdated and old for all the money I paid. The bed was kinda hard.

Very friendly and efficient check-in at front desk. Room was very clean. Some things were a bit dated. Comfortable bed, overall a very good stay.

Staff was nice. Room was decent, bathroom wasn’t in the best shape. Breakfast was pretty good. Had a bad experience with some drunk construction workers staying there. We were in the hot tub and one of them was dared to go naked in the pool and he exposed himself to our 15yr old girl. Staff called the cops on him and he was kicked out supposedly but my girl and wife were scared about retaliation from the other workers cause the could tell who the guy was with and so could only kick him out.

Clean room. Sheets smelled clean.

Staff very friendly. Super clean. Great value.

Everything was wonderful and the best thing was the kindness of the customer service, we would definitely come back.

Maria and Kim provided the best customer service to a first time traveler of that city. They greeted me with positive energy and warm smiles. I shall return. Thank you for upgrading my city view to a bay view. That really made the difference, and was greatly appreciated.

Great place to stay

The furniture seemed very old which gave it a “dirty” feeling. Room just felt weird.

Hotel was fine, breakfast was good. Kids couldn't use the pool because a group of adult men camped out in there.

It was close to the hospital, and there was a Wendy's down the street which was handy.

Expensive for such an average location and hotel

Quiet and clean.
