I originally check in a room that only smelled like marihuana (213). I tried to use a disinfectant spray but I couldnt stand it. I asked for a room change and they moved me to 209. That second one had a shared door and the neighbors were really loud until 11pm. Ive stayed at this hotel before with no issues but it was disappointing what happened this time.

My family stayed there two nights in the executive room. Here's the bad: - place has an odd smell, cannot place my finger on what it is - carpet was sticky - sheets had noticeable stains - soap bars appeared new in bag, but they were brittle and broken in pieces - no housekeeping to refresh towels, yake garbage, and replace toilet paper. When i called front desk, they told me to go to desk to get the items. - breakfast was below average; there was never enough eggs or sausage out for guests. There was always a line of guests.

Older hotel. Noisy neighbors. Back parking lot was a little sketchy. No pool or hot tub which we knew. The wood made it look nice for an older hotel. The breakfast was okay. Staff were nice. Pricey for what we got for a room. A lot of empty rolms, but we got one of the smallest rooms.

I was not impressed at all, but I guess you get what ya pay for. 1. I was supposed to be in a no smoking room, yet my allergies and nose clearly smelled stale smoke upon entrance to the room. 2. The tv didn't work, and when I called, the lady said the wifi must have been out (yet phone connected) then asked me if I tried changing the channel (that's a duh). Then I was told they couldn't move me because they were full, yet only 10 cars in the lot. When i asked to speak to a manager, there were none on site, and they would be there in morning, upon checkout, they were still not there. 3. The shower was not good, and the shower head needs replacing. 4. I attempted to adjust the room temp because it was freezing, and that didn't work. They must have a main control area. 5. Front staff, not even a smile, and seemed like they didn't want to be there. They need some training. The only bonus was the hospitality staff that cooked breakfast, she was happy and singing and made my breakfast enjoyable. I have traveled a lot for work and stayed in many a hotel. This one ranks at the bottom of my list.

It was good but I was charged twice for my stay once by Expedia because I pre paid then again by the actual hotel even though the staff said it was just for the deposit when I first checked in and when I called both Expedia and LivInn they both denied me a refund.

Hotel was just ok for the night while we passed through town. Room was clean but there were dirt and food/crumbs littering the hallway and stairs. The AC in the room didn’t blow any air and we were told by the front desk there was nothing they could do.

Overall, the room was nice and service was excellent, however, the entrance door in the back of the building was broken off completely so there was no security there. We also requested one cleaning day but that didn’t happen either. I hope management addresses the security measure, because it’s actually a great place for the price.

At check-in the girl at the desk was not friendly and resisted all attempts at conversation. But after that everything was great. It sits off the highway and is very quiet. Plenty of well lit parking. The breakfast is always hot and different each morning. Excellent coffee!! All other staff members I spoke with were very kind and helpful. For the price you simply cannot do better. Less than half an hour drive to downtown. I will be staying here atain.

Rooms did not have a window that faced outside. Only window was to the common hallway with blinds. Bathroom was dirty and water damaged. Toilet was loose on the flange bolts and rocking when you sat down. SS was scrawled onto the wall by bathroom sink. Random holes in the wall with dirty scuff marks. Broken light fixture. Just not a classy place at all.
