Rooms are very spacious and has high ceilings, has backyard area with grass where the dog can run around and enjoy the space. Also includes breakfast with the room rate. Overall happy with our stay and will surely come back again when we plan to come back to Kelowna.

Location was very nice and breakfast was amazing

Great location to shopping and food. Lots of parking, friendly staff. Was quite busy when we checked in, had 4 people ahead of me also waiting to check in ns only had one front desk working which should of had two people checking in guests

This is my go to hotel when I am in Kelowna. Very happy with the hotel except this time I was disappointed with the breakfast options. In my previous stay at this hotel, there were hot diced hashbrown option and fresh bagels. This time, no hashbrown and bagels tasted sour. No balance in breakfast option, mostly sugary. For the price paid, preferred options should include fresh fruits and meat other than pork and beans like certain other hotels.

We really enjoy the Tower rooms. They are quite spacious with views of the surrounding area. Generally our stays there have been excellent and the staff quite accommodating.This trip we found our room in the tower quite noisy from kids yelling at 630 in the morning. No big deal but it’s unfortunate that the parents aren’t thinking of others staying in the hotel.

Overall decent place to stay. Clean good location, excellent security, but Front desk stuff is very unfriendly, didn't know what they were doing, and we're rude. Chambermaids and cleanly stuff awesome and polite, maybe they should work the front desk

Room was clean, comfy beds. Amenities like hot tub not open that evening and next morning pool closed, disappointed! Breakfast was average, coffee good.

The room was clean, service was excellent. Centrally located, close to shopping. The pool was nice but would have been better if the retractable wall was up so we could enjoy the outside and pool at the same time.

Stayed here for several years and was disappointing. The rooms were not as nice and property has gone downhill. The pool was not clean and one hot tub was not working. The voucher system to collect breakfast was disorganized.

Quiet and convenient.

AC wasn’t working, TV had no Chanel’s to watch because the hotel was cheapskate, the sink and bath tub would clog and overflowing due to poor plumbing, bed sheets were not changed for 3 days. Breakfast was absolutely disgusting, every food item came from an airtight plastic bag. Managers don’t care when you complain of these things. And Expedia didn’t help at all either.

The thermostat did not work and was not easy to adjust; we froze the first night and then it was unbearably hot the second. The breakfast is amazing, lots of options and really good food. The restaurant was amazing, we were there during the half price appies night and we gave our compliments to the kitchen as it was so good and well prepared. We like the pool and hot tub with the green space, very lovely and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room did have hair in the tub and shower curtain, vents were pretty dirty but overall it was a good solid stay.

Staff were excellent

Our suite was large and the kitchen had all we needed. It was nice to have a guest laundry but the dryers weren’t working well.

It was the most stressed out reservation that we have ever had. When we arrived, there was no room available that was pet friendly. After having surgery and being requied to stay in Kelowna for the first 24 hours, we ended up STAYING in our car with 2 big dogs overnight. This is totally unacceptable and I can't in good conscience refer this type of booking to anyone.
