very nice location and excellent experience

The hotel is excellently located, very good value. The price is very good for what it offers. The room service is attentive, as is the lobby. Things to improve. The two ice machines nearby are broken; only the one across from the lobby worked, and it's far away. The location faces the street, so the noise is normal. What's not normal is the loud noise from the air conditioning, at least 255. When the compressor turns on, the noise is loud. Overall, it's good.

I like it very much

I love the balcony and everything is super clean. The hotel is right in front of the ocean and 17 minutes walk to Smathers Beach.

Very clean hotel that is quite peaceful even being by the airport. My room was comfortable and the front desk staff was very nice. The shuttle to downtown was ideal for me as a solo traveler because I never needed a rideshare. I rented a bike from the concierge to explore and it was very reasonably priced and came with a lock so I could leave it unattended. The hotel is walking distance from Smathers beach which is nice to change up from the pool. Breakfast daily was just enough, though you have to protect your food from the birds if you eat outside. One literally stole eggs off my plate!

Very clean and comfortable. The staff, the shuttle, the breakfast, two free drinks at the pool bar, food served at the pool. We were impressed and would definitely recommend friends stay here. I would go back and likely will.

Very clean pool and wonderful tiki bar staff

Beautiful property- resort- like atmosphere. Good breakfast provided every day. Room was spacious and clean. Excellent shuttle service to downtown every 45 minutes including return to hotel!

Overall it was excellent. Very clean and spacious room and the staff was super friendly. Nice view of the ocean once I walked from the back corner of the parking lot. Shout out to Kim at the front desk, he helped make my stay rvrn better.

Location, cleanliness and pool area

Would definitely recommend. Clean, great staff, complimentary breakfast and water bottles. We enjoyed exploring the city on a golf cart we rented from the concierge.

Awesome place to stay. Very convenient. You get daily drink credits which is a bonus plus free parking. Cool wildlife around the area with a great view of the ocean. Staff is friendly and will help with any questions or concerns. Has a bus that takes you to old town. Will definitely be back.

We had of ton (8) of unexplained charges from the hotel. They couldn't tell us what the charges were for. We were told to call when we get back home to try to figure it out. Unbelievable. In addition to that, the room air conditioner blew luke warm air the entire time and if you stay here bring your own pillows, the hotel pillows are flat as paper, no support. On a positive note, the location was great and Christine and Kim really went above and beyond to try to make the stay nice. For the price, Id consider another place though.

Really bad experience. False advertisement, there’s no way to access the beach from the hotel due to the busy highway between, also they are 15min drive from key west downtown area, very inconvenient. Pool towers are always out. It’s a $100 hotel not worth $300+.
