Like a horror movie... but with worse plumbing. If you're ever curious what it's like to survive a night in a post-apocalyptic motel, look no further! The lobby lures you in with false hope — it's clean, well-lit, and borderline respectable. But once you step into your room? Welcome to Nope-ville. The toilet seat was hanging on for dear life, the water took so long to heat up laged a full decade waiting, and the shower pressure? Imagine being gently spit on by a dehydrated chipmunk. There was mold thriving on the bathroom pipes like it paid rent. The shower curtain was absurdly long - like it moonlights as a red carpet - and somehow refused to stay shut. A fun combo of tripping and flooding! Bonus: I'm 98% sure I saw blood on the wall. Whose? I don't want to know. Sleep? Not unless you enjoy the sound of doors being slammed every 45 seconds until 4 a.m. - it was like a community sport. The one highlight? The bed. That thing was glorious. I don't know how it ended up in this motel - maybe it got lost on the way to a luxury suite — but it deserves better. Honestly, I wanted to apologize to it on my way out. Stay here only if you love disappointment, mildew, and mystery stains. Otherwise, run.

Just in and out for a quick overnight stay on a road trip. Breakfast was excellent; one of the better quality offerings I’ve had at hotels. The room accomplished its needs—a place to spend the night. The bed was mediocre—firm mattress and weird lumpy square pillows. Bathroom shower had outstanding water pressure. The tv has 30-40 basic cable channels, nothing special. I stayed on 6th floor with views of river and state capitol, so that was an added bonus.

Good hotel. Nice and close to the convention center. Ptac filter needs to be cleaned in HVAC unit. Easy access to the park. Close to downtown restaurants.

My only complaints are the terrible water pressure and the seemingly half finished clean up & renovation. No signs saying they are renovating, but missing baseboards, stained carpets, and walls needing repainting.

Very convenient for the civic center and Wells Fargo. Lots of restsurant choices. However, parking is terrible.

The property was in a good location. It seemed newer and very clean. They had good breakfast options also. The "breakfast Team did a great job, keeping things filled👍

Picked hotel for closeness to Well Fargo Center. Property is just in need of major updating. Dirty looking walls. Old towels. Tiny elevators. Staff was friendly.

Good place for a short trip, by the way, it would be better if the tub had something to prevent one from slipping since I experienced a fall and I just see how dangerous those types of tubs are.

Old carpet, humidity, rooms not cleaned halfway and entrance dirty. Smells humidity

There was lipstick smeared on the bathroom lightswitch. Carpets in the room were dirty and something sticky be the bed. One light didn't work. In-room coffee was terrible.

Clean and very easy walk to event center

overall it was okay and the room was clean, but looking in the room there was some obviously missed cleaning spots as well as torn up parts from other patrons. I was overall fine with it, but the one thing that frustrated me the most is being denied a late checkout. I was in town running Dam to DSM and I just wanted an extra hour on my checkout so I could enjoy post race festivities and not rush back, but they refused even an hour extra for checkout.

The staff was wonderful and it was close where we need go.

My 3 night stay was perfect!
