The front desk staff should be more knowledgeable about area dining.

Let me start by saying the valet service was over the top, thank you Michael and the valet staff. As for the room, well I think it was extremely mediocre. We were put in a room next to the elevator shaft, just image the sounds on a Friday and Saturday night with the weddings and Lehigh Alum parties how rude to be put into a small room listening to that, REALLY! A four night stay and to be treated so rudely management needs to be more on board! This is a beautiful hotel please treat long stay customers much better.

The #1 Historic Hotel in the US proved it in all categories for our4 night/ 3 day stay in Bethlehem PA. Shout out to Spiro consumate greek bartender, and again Bellman Barry for greeting and making us feel like his only customer, likewise Casey at checkin, and Colleen our inside secret advisor and Spiro's colleague. Special recognition to Yolanda our housekeeper who made us feel like home and took a personal effort to assure we were comfortable for our entire stay.

We had a fantastic time staying at Hotel Bethlehem! The building and spaces are absolutely charming, and its location makes for an incredibly walkable experience all around Bethlehem! The staff was terriffically helpful and friendly, from assisting with an early check-in, to the highly informative bellmen (shout out Trevor for telling us about the Moravian bread, shuttle service and history of the hotel!) My only gripe is that the shower head was chest height (I'm 6'3"). I understand we're working with historic infrastructure, but was a touch awkward. In spitw of that minor item, it was a fabulous stay and I would definitely recommend.

Awesome property

The Staff was amazing! Our room was not as clean as I would prefer. Spider webs, dust along the baseboards and around the furniture. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! I let the front desk know the issues with our room and they made it right!

Gorgeous period hotel. Bathrooms not vented so odors permeated room in the morning which was not ideal. Small rooms. Ours was a double and barely room to walk around. Could easily hear next doors conversation with their children so sound was an issue if your want privacy.

We have stayed here several times. The owner frequents this hotel and was a delight to chat with. Great service, location and room!
