A little disappointed why guest pay a cover charge at the restaurant when staying at the hotel as a guest.

Wonderful location and service

Best beach and pool in Sicily. Make sure to book the hotel shuttle to town well ahead if you’re traveling there during busy season. It fills up quick.

We loved ending our trip to Sicily at Una Hotel Taormina! We were so lazy spending nearly every day lounging by the pool/sea. The staff was amazing. We only went to town once, but was easy to use the shuttle if you plan ahead. We spent one day at Mt Etna-not too far & worth it! Sadly, we did not do a boat ride due to weather-wasnt awful, but since we had already done a boat in Ortegia we watched the boats in the drizzle from under our umbrella by the sea :) We would stay there again! PS Bed was so comfortable & balcony view amazing! Room Decor was quaint, like staying Nonna’s house, old country Italian, but super clean! The other spaces were modernized.

UNACapotaormina was an absolute dream. The staff was so friendly, ready to help and accommodate you at any moment. My husband and I went there to get married and the beauty salon offered me a free 25 minute massage prior to doing my hair which was incredible. Their hair stylist Flora from Gardini Naxos gave me my dream hair style. Overall, service and friendliness would make it so that id return again.

Loved the property. Staff were useful. Just be aware if you need to get into town when the hotel shuttle isn’t running they will suggest a taxi which costs a lot, but there is a local but just up the street you should be able to catch.

Room opened up to the ocean. Pool was perfect with lots of seating. Pool bar with food. Everyone was sooo nice.

We loved staying at Una. It is an absolutely beautiful place and we had a wonderful room with a spectacular view. The hotel could use some update but other than that, it was fabulous. The shuttle wasnt as convenient as we would have liked and other transportation options are limited and taxi is expensive.

The hotel was in an amazing location with fantastic scenery. the general service was good The only criticism I have is the restaurants serve too similar food, not enough variation. And the service on the rooftop restaurant (Sevevo ?) during the 3 times I was there was pretty poor.

Hotel is tired. Rooms and view are great. Food sub par.

The indoor areas could do with modernisation but the beach and pool areas were superb. The staff were excellent, will definitely stay again.

It’s a nice property, but it does feel like you’re getting charged for almost everything at a higher premium. Also, never heard of this before. They have an ironing room. They wouldn’t give us an iron. You have to go to the 3rd floor and iron in a room. You have to bring your close down there to iron. Also, when I got there I told the from desk I needed to arrange for a taxi to go home. I was told to wait until the day before I leave and order it from the from desk. I paid 130 euros when I get there. I go to the front desk the day before check out. Spoke with the clerk and he says I have to pay 170 EU. I asked why, they said because of the short notice. Which was the day before. Also, there is nothing around there you can walk to. In fact, we wanted to walk around but the clerk said too dangerous. You either need a car or take a taxi. It’s a beautiful property and it has a nice restaurant. For me it was kind of a pain to stay there.

Loved the property and the location. Views were incredible. Pool area was also beautiful, spacious and comfortable. I especially appreciated and applaud management for not allowing people to save chairs around the pool for the next day. We have been to other resorts where they have allowed this and in our minds, this very poor management and a disadvantage to other others who are paying equally to stay at their property. Bravo UNAHotels! You have a beautiful, well-maintained property. We would stay there again if we are afforded the opportunity to revisit gorgeous Taormina!!

If you’re headed to Taormina make sure THIS hotel is on your list! Attentive staff, clean rooms and all areas of the hotel, smells amazing, and the views are unparalleled to anything I’ve seen!

Very nice seaside accommodations. Beautiful views from room and poolside. Comfortable room. Food was nothing special. Some surprising cheaper amenities such as no robes unless you asked for, minimal toiletries, paper cups for coffee and water.
