I did not like being charged for parking when only 60 spaces out of 250 spaces or so were even filled. Shame on you. I have stayed at the hotel in that location probably 30 times over 30 years and have never been charged for doing my own parking.

I was not happy. They were not able to get me checked into a room until 7:30pm. We had to wait in the lobby for ever for them to get the room ready.

The hotel staff were friendly and professional. The hotel itself is very dated and the carpet in our room was VERY dirty, there were weird stains on the wall and it smelled like someone broke a bottle of cologne.

Room wasnt ready. Didnt offer to hold our bags. Major damage and construction in halls. Forgot to give us our breakfast vouchers. Overall, one of the worst hotel experiences we've had.

Mostly friendly staff. They are more amenable to Hilton honors members so add that to your list of things to do. They may not allow a late checkout unless you are a member. Their sales manager Deborah was very accommodating and helpful to me for making future reservations.

The hotel is nice. A family with small children was in the room next to ours. The kids cried, screamed and jumped around. The noise went on until 11 pm and then again at 6 am. So much for sleeping in😡

The only downfall was that we had to pay for parking. It was the slow season and the lots were empty, still we had to pay. Should be included in the price of the room.
