Room stunk had to spray room with room spray I had in my car. There was a pubic hair on tub couldn’t take a tub bath on shower. Had hair conditioner and lotion no shampoo. Beds great. Breakfast out of stuff.

Rooms do not Mach pitchers on line

Good location, great service. Hotel is good overall, but a bit dated, so rooms are a bit worn. Comfortable.

It's a hotel by highway I-5. Can't be till picky but this one's great location and has a nice pool

Convenient to I-5, but not noisy.

The people that work here are all very nice. The bed was comfortable.

There was a soiled washcloth left in the bathroom along with several hairs that weren’t ours. That grossed us out. On the plus side, the bedding was clean & the beds were comfortable.

Meh

We were put in the room next to where the breakfast is served in the morning. It was very noisy and the door was squeaky with people slamming the door. The night was very noisy also. Not sure which rooms close to the room we were in was where most of the noise was coming from. There were people in the breakfast room into late at night. Could hear them talking through the walls until after midnight. We had to be up early in the morning. Disappointed this time around. The time before this one, it had been great. We got a room at this motel because I was having eye surgery done and it is close to the eye doctor's office. Hopefully, next month when we come back, things will be a little quieter. Having eye surgery again.

Bathtub drained poorly

I liked the area that it was in. Close to a lot of shopping etc. I did not like that the floors were not clean. I was there for 5 days and they were never washed.

The air conditioner in the room only had one speed and it was low. And the air did not feel very cold that was coming out of the unit. On a 90° day the room struggled to cool down. Eventually, at night it cooled down a bit. But during the evening, it was pretty muggy in the room.

We enjoyed our stay the temp was 92 when we arrived. The outdoor pool was great. I also favored the separate locations of the Hot tub and Swimming Pool.

The bed not so cozy. To be fair, we are older, but woke up with backaches. Bathtub was not just dripping, but a steady stream of water. A puddle on the floor around the toilet, a slow leak from the pipe or tank? When we checked out, mentioned it to the clerk and she was aware of the problems. On a positive note, the room was clean and the mini fridge worked perfectly. Conveniently located. We would probably check out another hotel on our next trip.

We booked a King bed room and paid a premium for it, but upon arrival, we were informed that a King room was not available. The staff member repeated this without offering any alternatives or adjustments, despite the fact that a room with two queen beds is less expensive.

Decent room that was a little dated but clean. Beds not the most comfortable we’ve stayed in. Nice pool and hot tub. We felt safe staying here with our kids. Nice to have the Black Bear Diner in the parking lot. The breakfast staff were friendly and on top of the busy weekend soccer rush. Breakfast food is as expected for a free breakfast. Would definitely stay here again

Pleasant stay in a comfortable room. Plenty of parking. The pool wasn't open yet but we enjoyed the hot tub's powerful jets. Breakfast room had real scrambled eggs but sadly no waffle maker. Convenient access to I-5 yet reasonably quiet.

Very easy friendly check-in. Very convenient parking. Nice clean rooms. Good beds, nice shower, no issues.

It's was wonderful and I didn't know that there was a hot tub that's made it even better

The property is in the process of some updates but I was a little bit disappointed with the continental breakfast as the best I've had from Best Western was the Sea Tac location otherwise not bad.
